**Welcome to Misty Mountain: Your Perfectly Elevated Escape!**

Prepare to be swept off your feet—and up the mountainside—at Misty Mountain, where the views are so stunning, even the clouds stop by to say, “Wow.” This 5-bedroom gem is perched just right for the ultimate retreat, offering front-row seats to sunrises that will make you a morning person, whether you like it or not.

On the main level, you’ll find the heart of the cabin: a kitchen where culinary dreams (and the occasional burnt toast) come to life, a dining area perfect for feasts, and a living room made for post-adventure lounging. The master bedroom is right here too, so you can roll straight from cozy bed to cozy front porch—coffee in hand, naturally. And speaking of the porch, if you like your views with a side of swing, the rear deck has you covered. Fire up the gas grill and let the mountain breeze season your steaks.

Head upstairs to discover two more bedrooms that come with sunrise-ready front deck access. It’s the kind of view that might just make you want to stay in bed—or at least stay on the deck forever.

But don’t get too comfy yet! The basement is where the fun really kicks off. With two additional bedrooms and a game room that’s basically a one-stop shop for entertainment, you might find yourself in a friendly foosball feud or a high-stakes pool tournament. When you’re ready to unwind, the lower-level deck is waiting with a hot tub that practically demands a soak under the stars.

We are thrilled to host you at our cabin and want to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Please review the following house rules to help make your experience, and those of future guests, as enjoyable as possible:

### **General Rules:**
- **Check-In/Check-Out:**
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be prompt to allow time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

- **No Smoking:**
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. You may smoke outside on the porches, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

- **No Pets:**
- We love animals, but unfortunately, Misty Mountain is not pet-friendly. This helps us keep the cabin allergy-free for all guests.

- **No Parties or Events:**
- Please respect our quiet neighborhood and refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings. We ask that only registered guests stay overnight.

- **Quiet Hours:**
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels low during these times.

### **Safety:**
- **Pool Table and Arcade Games:**
- Please supervise children at all times while using the game room. These items are meant for recreational use only.

- **Hot Tub Use:**
- The hot tub is for relaxation. Please shower before use and do not use glassware in or around the hot tub. Children should always be supervised while using the hot tub.

- **Grill Use:**
- The gas grill is available for your use on the rear deck. Please clean the grill after each use and ensure the propane is turned off when finished. If the propane runs out, the nearest propane swap is 8 minutes away at Walmart.

### **Cleanliness:**
- **Respect the Space:**
- Please treat our cabin with care. Clean up spills promptly, and let us know right away if anything gets damaged so we can arrange for repairs. Accidents happen, and we appreciate your honesty.

- **Trash:**
- Please place all trash in the provided bins. Upon check-out, ensure all trash is removed from the cabin and placed in the outdoor trash bins.

- **Dishes:**
- Please load and run the dishwasher before you check out.

### **WiFi and Entertainment:**

- Each room has a TV with access to streaming services. The TV's are set up in guest mode, so you wont have to worry about logging out of your subscriptions.

### **Other:**
- **Maximum Occupancy:**
- The cabin sleeps up to 12 guests. Please ensure you do not exceed this limit.

- **Additional Guests:**
- Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance.
