The space:
The conception “home away from home” will let you combine comfort, convenience and luxury getaway. Ideal for groups of friends & family looking for a high-end Florida location and those looking for an extraordinary experience. It suits all you need no matter whether you're on a staycation or a business trip!

Living Area:
Relax in the bright, open living room featuring a comfortable sectional sofa, a smart TV, and a PS4 gaming console for entertainment. The space also includes a dining table for six, perfect for meals or game nights, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning city and water views.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all essentials for cooking and dining. A breakfast bar with 4 chairs adds extra seating.

Master Bedroom:
The primary bedroom includes a plush king-sized bed, spacious closet, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and balcony access for breathtaking views.

Second and Third Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, spacious closet, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or study.

Bathrooms:
Each of the three bathrooms features modern fixtures, walk-in showers with a tub (for two bathrooms), fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Private Balcony:
Step out onto the expansive balcony to enjoy 21st-floor views of the Intracoastal Waterway and city skyline - ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Pack 'n Play/Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

During your stay, you’ll have access to all resort amenities in the building:

- BEACH SERVICE - Beachwalk Resort Hallandale
* Beach service includes 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella per unit.

- SERVICE HOURS:
Available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting.

- BEACH LOCATION:
Provided off-site, about a 5-minute walk from the building (the resort is not directly on the beach).
Access: Show your Beachwalk wristband or room key to the attendant.
*Included in Resort Fee: No additional payment required at the beach.

- NO RESERVATIONS:
First come, first served—limited availability during peak hours.
* Included in resort fee (paid directly at check-in).


- POOL (Open from sunrise until sunset):
The pool at Beachwalk Resort is a stunning waterfront oasis overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. It features a spacious sundeck, comfortable loungers, and lush tropical surroundings, making it the perfect spot to relax, swim, or soak up the sun in a serene, resort-style atmosphere.

- GYM:
Modern fitness center equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment. Bright and spacious, it features large windows with natural light and a clean, comfortable environment - ideal for keeping up with your workout routine during your stay.

- CAFE:
Beachwalk Bistro, a casual on-site café offering fresh, flavourful meals throughout the day - perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner, all in a relaxed and convenient setting.

If you require assistance outside of our regular hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll be happy to assist you the following morning during business hours. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:
(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

1. Resort Fee $30 + tax per night*
2. Valet Parking $28 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit of $250 to cover any incidental costs in your unit.**

*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

**Additionally, all guests will be required to sign a check-in form upon arrival.
Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.

For long stays, please contact the resort directly to get most up-to-date rates.

While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible.

If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date.

- Pool is open from sunrise till dusk.

- Our property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Please be aware that out of these 8 guests, we can only host a maximum of 6 adults.

- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- Please Keep Doors & Windows Closed
To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies. To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
