the house was as stated. my only criticism is the amount of towels in the bathroom. one hand towel for four people. and no bath mat. the kitchen only has two coffee mugs and not enough silverware. the location was great, Also, it got hot in the queen bedroom. There was a large fan so we used that and it really helped

Dylan was amazing host, always answered within a reasonable timeframe. My only major complaint of the property is the fact that the AC only seemed to work on the bottom floor but the fans definitely helped in the bedrooms. The couch is listed as an 'oversized sectional' but my friend and I couldn't really comfortably fit on it together. It's actually a rather small sectional. And the stairs are a bit of a hazard due to the fact that they're rather tall stairs. I also couldn't reach a lot of the dishes in the apartment due to the cabinets being so tall. (That is just a personal issue as I'm just a little over 5 foot). The location was beautiful, and very cozy. Overall, with the price in mind, and location, I would absolutely book again if I went back in town.

Location is great and very walkable. The parking is easy and getting in was simple. The property was not completely clean upon my arrival so I had to do cleaning of floors myself but otherwise I enjoyed. Very simple property great fit for people that will be in and out not spending a ton of time at the house.

Charlotte gem

Great visit to Charlotte! The house andProperty were perfect for our stay. Super nice neighborhood! Can walk to coffee shop, food lion, amazing pizza restaurant and local pub. Highly recommend this rental in a neighborhood setting while still minutes from South End and Up Town.

Great for experiencing Charlotte

This home was very cute and in a great neighborhood. There is a coffee shop, local pizza place, Food Lion and so so much more just walking distance from this house. Our only complaint was that there was an old bar of soap in the shower, couch cushions were dirty, white towels had a bunch of stains, freezer was wide open and door was already unlocked when we arrived. We suspect that this was the cleaning crew's doing and can all be fixed for future guests. With that all being said, we would probably stay here again - no bugs, safe neighborhood, clean beds, clean floors, working appliances, A/C& Heat were great, easy parking and walking distance from awesome spots.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood, the walkable local spots, and that the home felt safe, comfortable, and well-equipped during your stay. I truly appreciate you bringing the issues to our attention. It would have been helpful to know during your stay so we could have addressed them right away — we always want to make things right in the moment if possible. That said, this is not the standard we aim for, and I’ll be following up with our cleaning team to ensure these concerns are resolved for future guests. Thank you again for your understanding and graciousness. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime — and next time, we’ll make sure everything is spotless and perfectly ready for you!

We found the property, which is in an older townhome, to be in a very convenient location for our Charlotte visit. We were initially disappointed to realize that there is not a queen bed in the living room (as implied in the property description), though there is an airbed that can be set up there. We had some safety concerns, which I reported to the owner after we left. The rear entrance was unlit and the step from the parking area to the deck (which leads to the back door) was loose red brick that shifted underfoot. Inside, there was a very loose doorknob on the bathroom door, two exposed electrical outlets (one also lacked a faceplate), and the dining room light switch was broken.
