Please note that the house is very close to the curb, and as such, you will hear passing cars and people walking.

***Important Pet Notes:***
We love hosting pups, this is why we don’t charge.Please keep them off beds and linens — our cleaners are not contracted to remove pet hair from these surfaces, and doing so adds significant time to their work….and unfortunately, extra fees.
We suggest bringing a lint roller to remove hair from furniture or bedding if your dog likes to snuggle with you in bed or in the couch, kindly remove hairs from both prior to your departure so our cleaners can do their job. A small exchange for bringing pets for free, we will appreciate it, and our cleaners more.
🐶 If your dog tends to bark when left alone, please keep them in the back bedroom, as sound in the living room travels and may disturb neighbors.

**🔒 Security**
Ring doorbell + 3 Ring floodlight cameras monitor the front and parking area.
Strict no-party policy — violations will result in cancellation, removal, and fines.
**🧾 ID Requirement**
Guests must complete our rental agreement and submit ID after booking.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out (If Available):
- Early check-in:
• 2 hours before – $25
• 6 hours before – $120
- Late check-out:
• 2 hours after – $48
• Until 8 PM – $126
⚠️Unapproved late check-out: $25 per 15 minutes Early/late options must be requested and paid in advance.
🚗 Parking
Park in our driveway or directly in front of our home. Do **not** block any driveways or sidewalks — towing is enforced.
📦 Check-Out
Before departure, please:
- Load and start the dishwasher or hand wash used dishes
- Remove all food from the fridge
- Take all trash to the outdoor bins
- Return games, outdoor furniture, and any moved items to their original place
- If your dog was on any beds or furniture, kindly lint roll those areas — we do not provide lint rollers
- Please do not strip beds, or put any linens to wash — we take care of that for you
🤝 Respect for Our Neighbors
Our neighbors are our most valued treasure. Please respect their peace and privacy. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM — no loud conversations or yelling in the front or back yard during this time.
Our home is one level, but to enter, there are stairs in the front and for the backyard as well.
