PROPERTY:
✩ Main Level - Fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-sleeper and fireplace. Patio door access to small outdoor deck. Great access to Community pool from here!
✩Middle level - Queen Bedroom and Full Bathroom (tub/shower combo)
✩Upper level - King Bedroom (sleeps 2) with balcony overlooking beach and pool. Full bathroom (tub/shower combo) Additional twin bunk area (sleeps 2) perfect for kids. (Snug if sleeping adults). Laundry room located on top floor.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✩Bed linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs and gear, Bikes, Beach towels provided. The use of bikes and beach gear is completely complementary for guest(s) and is not included in the price paid for the condo. Therefore no monies will be refunded if any item(s) malfunctions and can not be used during guest(s) stay.
✩ "Starter" toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags provided. Guests are asked to replenish items if additional is needed during their stay.
✩Condo is 1431 sq ft
✩Max 2 pets allowed under 50 pounds with non-refundable $100 pet fee
✩Host is not responsible for items left behind by guest.
✩Guest agree to follow check-out instructions:
*load dishwasher and turn on before check-out
*Take all trash to the dumpster (including any unwanted fridge items).
*Put all used towels in bathtubs

***IMPORTANT WAIVER OF LIABILITY - By booking, guest(s) acknowledges that use of the condo and amenities, including but not limited to bikes, beach gear, bunk beds, community pool, grills, appliances, kitchen items have potential risks if used improperly, particularly in regards to children and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility.

Great Location steps from the pool and beach!

This place was perfect for a 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved location. Just walk out backdoor to the pool or down to the beach just like 50 steps away. ONLY complaint is that the place needs updated and some things were falling apart such as upstairs sliding glass door needed handle to be fixed. Little things like that. But the location was great easy to get into. The condominium group was nice. perfect stay end of April beginning May. Beach was perfect. Perfect weather not a lot of people hardly any there the whole time. Loved it!!

SGI East End Condo

Located at east end of SGI by State Park. Great location only steps to the beach. Nice pool which we didn't use due to cool weather but would be great for kids in the summer months. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen supplies were adequate for fixing and eating meals in unit. Condo needs a few updates but over all a nice unit. Wooden decking leading to ocean and around pool area in need of repair. Would stay here again.

Great condo for couples or families

My husband and I stayed here for the week and it was great for us! I do think it’s a great lay out for families as well. We have stayed in other condos at Ocean Mile in the past, and this unit does have a few updates, like the floors, some light fixtures, and bathroom countertops. I love that the outdoor balconies and deck were recently replaced. The built on gate to the deck is great for protecting small children or pets escaping or falling down the stairs.Overall is was a great unit with ocean views. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach.

Overall good experience- supply of coffee cups was meager (3) a few bugs - but hey it’s Florida would have liked screens in the sliders I would stay there again
