This incredibly beautiful home is ready for guests! Not only is this home steps from the ocean, it is completely renovated! If you're looking for a beautifully designed beach cottage, then look no further! 2 Blocks from the beach, including internet, TV, utilities, beach and kitchen accessories galore . High end finishes, soft close cabinetry, outdoor shower, large backyard including covered areas and a beautiful summer kitchen!
Outdoor seating, gas grill for outdoor kitchen. Both bedrooms are up a short flight of stairs. Master bedroom queen bed, second bedroom full bed, queen pull out couch in main living space downstairs. Blankets, towels, beach towels everything included. Several games as well. No detail overlooked!
Entire house and backyard space

2 blocks from the beach. Walking distance to several GREAT restaurants, coffee shops, retail boutiques,gas stations, grocery stores ( Trader Joes and Whole Foods )
There are several restaurants, shops , coffee shops, retail, and bars a short walk/ drive / or bike ride. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Bike shop on 1st street offers beach bicycle rentals
Several parks in very close proximity, grocery stores , shopping , retail , beach is 2 blocks away. Several beach items complementary during your stay. Bikes can be available for additional fee
Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of neighbors. Zero tolerance policy on under age drinking and substance abuse. No parties allowed! No smoking. No pets. Minimum age of 25 years old to book this property.
