This 2017 built beach house sits STEPS from water in the beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Spectacular ocean views await you at this two-story home with a private fenced pool! This stunning property is conveniently located at the heart of the Seafood Capital of the World.
The first floor of the house has a large, open living area with a wall-mounted Smart HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table seats 8 guests, with 4 more seats available at the kitchen counter. There is one primary spacious bedroom in the first floor of the house with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool. Just off the kitchen, there is a half bathroom.
The second floor features 4 bedrooms. There is a second spacious primary suite that opens up to a balcony overlooking the front of the house and the beach. This room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tub combo. There is a third bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a full bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fifth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, in addition to an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms feature a wall-mounted smart HDTV.
Everything on the house is mostly new. There is NEW bath/kitchen linens and kitchen accessories. We invite you to take advantage of our high-speed Wi-Fi for working remotely or learning virtually.

We love to travel around the world. We love to learn about different cultures and cities. We are very organized when it comes to travel and usually have a pre-planned schedule so we can see it all. Location is always very important for us when staying in a new destination. We like to be close to the areas of interests but also enjoy having our privacy.
