We bought this condo in 2024. We love the location, that it's ground level and you can walk out the door and be on a trail to Ryan Gulch. We have spent the last 10 months renovating everything - from outlets, lighting, to toilets and shower enclosures. We tore down a wall to expand the kitching and to create a mud area where you can hang your coats and leave your boots. We added an in-unit washer/dryer - so much easier than carting your laundry to the clubhouse. We've updated the TVs, dining room and yes, this unit has 3 new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love the Dillon/Silverthorne area because you are about an hour from Denver and in the heart of 6 world class ski resorts. The further away is Beaver Creek, which is about 40 minutes from Silverthorne. You can also choose from A-Basin, great for good skiers; Keystone which has one of the best kids ski schools; Breckenridge which has great skiing and a cute ski town; Copper Mountain, which divides it skiing from beginner to expert; Vail, 3 mountains of spectacular skiing for all types of skiers. In the summer, this location is the best - walk up the road to the Buffalo and Red Mountain trail heads, and one that takes you a couple of miles in to the beautiful Lily Pad lake. Lake Dillon provides winter and summer fun. When the lake is frozen, the town creates/maintains trails for anyone to use - do some cross country skiing or snow shoeing. We have even seen people "wind snow-board" on the lake. In the summer, eat lunch by the lake at the Tiki Bar, or rent a pontoon party boat. Bring your paddle board. For the anglers, there are lots of fishing spots from the Blue River to Officers Gulch.

We took a condo that had not been updated in 40 years and have brought new life to it. From kitchen appliances, to the furniture to the washer dryer. We have tried to make this a vacation spot, where we would want to go. We truly hope you enjoy this wonderful spot.
