Remodeled in 2023, this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom penthouse is perfect for families and groups, offering space for up to 15 guests. Nestled beside the Snake River and surrounded by breathtaking forest and mountain views, the condo features three private balconies to enjoy the scenery year-round.

Inside, you’ll be wowed by 25-foot lodgepole pine vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living spaces with natural light and showcase panoramic alpine views.

Enjoy the exclusivity of Timbers, where many condos are privately owned and rarely rented—so you can soak in the amenities without the crowds. True ski-in/ski-out access, oversized ski lockers, and a short walk to River Run Village make your stay effortless. After the slopes, relax in the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, lobby with grand piano, or fitness center—your ultimate Keystone retreat awaits.

GREAT ROOM:
New sectional, chairs, and stylish tables provide plenty of seating around the flat-screen TV and the dramatic stone fireplace that stretches to the ceiling. Step out onto the main balcony and relax in the new Adirondack chairs and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM:
The expansive, open kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and tableware, making it easy to prepare meals away from home. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful solid wood cabinetry throughout. The elegant dining room, complete with vaulted ceilings and a custom chandelier, comfortably seats up to 10 and is positioned next to a wall of windows and one of the three private balconies.

1ST MASTER BEDROOM:
This master suite features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and a stone fireplace, along with its own private balcony furnished with new chairs and a table overlooking the river. The en suite bathroom, fully remodeled in 2023, boasts quartz countertops, double sinks, modern fixtures, a dual-head steam shower with natural marble floors and walls, and an oversized jetted tub—creating a spa-like retreat right in your suite.

2ND MASTER BEDROOM:
This master suite also features a king bed, private access to the main balcony, vaulted ceilings, a workspace, and spectacular views of the Gore Mountain Range. The private bathroom was fully remodeled with a shower/tub combination with marble surround and quartz countertops with double sinks.

3RD MASTER BEDROOM:
This master suite offers a queen-sized bed and vaulted ceilings, providing a peaceful retreat separated from the other bedrooms for added privacy. Its fully remodeled en suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination with elegant marble surround and quartz countertops wth double sinks.

4TH AND 5TH BEDROOMS (UPSTAIRS):
The first upstairs guest bedroom features a queen bed with a charming lodgepole pine frame, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed plus an oversized twin bed, also with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a small flexible room with a twin mattress on the floor, ideal for extra sleeping space or storage.

UPSTAIRS LOFT:
The loft features two game tables with seating for six and a new couch that converts into a bunk bed, creating a fun and flexible space for kids or extra guests.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry and mudroom are equipped with full-size washer and dryers, with laundry detergent provided for your convenience. Wall-mounted hooks and a storage bench keep gear organized, and additional amenities—including sleds, a vacuum, a step ladder, and an iron with ironing board—are also provided to make your stay effortless

1. Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding is provided. This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

2. ENHANCED GUEST SERVICE: We partner with a professional management company in Keystone to assist our guests from check-in to check-out. If any issues arise during your stay, rest assured help is available to assist you. This includes cleaning services, regular maintenance, lock-out service and 24/7 emergency call service.
3. PARKING: There is one parking space in the heated garage under the building. This is the same for all Timbers units.

Oversized ski lockers make storing your winter gear easy, and when you’re ready to hit the slopes, you can exit the back of the building, step into your skis, and glide straight down to the lift at the base of River Run Village.
