Zip-A-Dee-Doo är en 2-nivå, 2100 m² stor timmerstuga, belägen i hjärtat av Great Smoky Mountains och upscale Grandview Resort Community. Vår stuga passar perfekt för (2) familjer, var och en på sin egen våning. Både vackra King size-sovrum har ett privat badrum med jacuzzi eller jacuzzi, plattskärms-TV och massor av extras. Queen läder sovar soffor finns i vardagsrummet och på övervåningen Loft, så att du sover för (8), och ett halvt bad nere för bekvämlighet.

Unikt konstverk, handplockade för varje vägg, inbjuder dig att utforska varje rum och bosätta dig i en riktigt speciell vistelse. När du slappnar av i den bekväma vardagsrummet, varva ner framför eldstaden, lyssna på Surround Sound och njut av din HDTV med Blu-Ray.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GSMNP) är en av de mest besökta nationalparkerna i USA. Mountain getaway

Property was well taken care of. Our family had a great time on vacation. Roads take a little getting used to since there are no shoulders and lots of curves. Inside the cabin we had everything we needed. Beds and couches were comfortable. The hot tub we used once, that needs some care, the cover has black mold growing on it. The neighbor had an infestation of carpenter bees which hindered the use of the back deck during the day time. Overall, our family would stay there again. Close enough to the attractions but still in the mounatins.

Great stay

Cabin was nice and we had a great stay. Both beds were comfortable but if you have a sleeping partner you will feel every move they make on the downstairs bed. The tvs wouldn't connect to their internet even though it showed a strong signal. The downstairs bedroom tv did connect to my hotspot after resetting the roku. Patking and access to the cabin is very accomodating. There is only a few steps to enter the cabin. The location of the cabin is great. It is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall, we had a great stay and if we are ever back in the area will hope to book this cabin again.

Cabin is very nice. It needs some general improvements such as mattress on downstairs king bed, jacuzzi tub doesn't work, bed upstairs won't pull out, no cable hook up on the TV in pool table room and would suggest a few brighter lights inside. cabin.

Awesome

Need to change the check in policy from 4pm to 2 or 3 pm. Couch is uncomfortable. Bring a hot pad for the oven. Otherwise everything was perfect very clean and enough basic supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Great place

Our cabin was perfect! The beds were so comfortable. We all slept amazingly. The hot tub was a great addition to soothe our achy legs after the miles we walked. The discount for Ziplining at Wahoo came in handy. We will definitely be back!

Overall the cabin is nice; however it is listed by a rental agency that has a lot of listings. The amenities are marked the same for all rentals. Plus after i booked i was advised the internet is spotty and may not work. The listing says it has cable but it actually doesn't. You have to use your accounts to access streaming services. So if the internet isn't working you can't watch tv. When we arrived the internet was down and we couldn't get the tv to work. I contacted customer service were i was advised the cabin did not have cable. When i questioned her about the

Smokie Trip

We arrived at our cabin the day before Hurricane Helene came ashore. It was a wet week; raining every day we were there. The cabin was a nice refuge. We did not lose power or internet connections. The cabin was tastefully decorated and comfortable as our out door activities were limited due to the closing of Smokie Mountain National Park. The only thing I would encourage is the replacement of cushions on, back deck, out door furniture. They were pretty worn. Nice cabin, easy to get to and high enough to view some mountains.

Short trip with long memories

The cabin (zip a dee doo) was absolutely gorgeous. Inside was amazing, very open and inviting ,both bedrooms were impeccable. Would be a great cabin for 2 couples, given the 2nd living area upstairs. View from balcony was very nice off one side, but thick trees straight off the balcony, which was nice for privacy but did hinder watching sunrise on the balcony. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working for the first 2 nights of our stay, but the management company was very open and fair and refunded me a nights stay for the lack of use of the hot tub. Overall, a very nice cabin and a great experience with the management company. Although the hot tub didn't work, I was happy with the outcome and it did work for the last night of our stay, which was nice to be able to enjoy it at least for a little while.

A Great Place To Stay

This was my first time renting with Itrip, and it was wonderful. We rented the Zip-A-Dee-Doo cabin and I would highly recommend the company and the cabin. Our accommodations were wonderful and just as pictured on the website. It's always great when reality meets expectations!! I will definitely rent through Itrip in the future. Our vacation was relaxing and easy breezy just like we wanted.

Good Cabin

Myself, hubby, and 11yo son stayed for a week and had a blast. You can tell the cabin is older in the cabinetry, appliances, doors, etc. but it was a great deal. This was our second time booking with iTrip, and I can confidently say we will exclusively book with them should we stay in any of their available locations in the future. We had a few issues that arose, and after emailing they had them fixed insanely fast (like before we got back to the cabin that afternoon). We had some other issues that we didn’t tell them about, mainly because it was in the middle of the night on our last night, but I have no doubt they would’ve remedied them. The beds were very comfortable. So comfortable in fact, my son has been begging me to purchase their linens. I looked them up online, and let’s just say they did NOT skimp on the price on those. The shower downstairs had very hot water, pressure was good. The pool table upstairs got a lot of use, it was a really nice touch. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use any of the jacuzzis/hot tub due to the issues. But again, if we had known about the issues sooner I know they would’ve fixed them. Only things I would note is- bring an oven mitt if you plan on cooking. We had to use washcloths from the bathroom. And if you and your spouse both have a need to use outlets (for things like CPAP machines/phones/alarm clocks), I would suggest sleeping in the bedroom upstairs. There is only one outlet that is easily accessible next to the bed downstairs. And if you plan to spend time out on the back deck, bring some bug spray or a big zapper. Luckily I saw another review mentioning this so I brought a zapper. There was an extension cord in the desk in the living room that helped with that as well. One thing they didn’t note in the listing is, the TVs in the main living room and in the loft living area both have smart TV capabilities. So that was a very pleasant surprise. Overall a good experience. We never stay in the same cabin/house twice, but if we did we would probably consider staying again just for the superb customer service alone. Great spot. Great place

The cabin was everything it promised to be. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Loved having their own spaces. Will definitely revisit in the future.

Comfortable cabin with convenient location and perks

This cabin was very nice and just as described. It was convenient to Sevierville. It offered access to free activity tickets which was a nice perk. Parking was good. I liked that it was in a resort community. Overall, we had a nice stay at this cabin. There was room for improvement. The doors inside had trouble closing. The hot tub cover was broken in a way that made removing it necessary rather than just pulling it back. The inside of the hot tub was very rough/gritty. The lighting inside was dim and there was no lighting on the front porch other than plug-in string lights.

Great cabin!

It you want quiet and serene this is the place to stay. It was clean and decorated like a cabin should be. We took our 2 grandsons (12 and 10}. They stayed in the loft! It was like their own little paradise! The pool table and hot tub kept them from their technology! Family time together! We’ve stayed in several cabins and my husband said this was the best! Try it! I’ll bet you’ll love it as much as we did!

Nice but needs

The cabin was BEAUTIFUL but again owners have ignored continuous comments at the deck furniture. MOST UNCOMFOTABLE furniture I have ever sat on. The base is beautiful but apparently $200 -300 is to much for them to replace the cushions.

Overall there were things that NEED UPDATED AND CLEANED…. The hot tub was broken, the kitchen counters were cut up like someone used them instead of a cutting board, the grill was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, there was mold on the main level bath, the shower curtain upstairs had mold on the bottom of it, the towels were old old old, no potholders, and the upstairs toilet ran ran ran…. Overall it was nice but needs TLC.
