We had a wonderful short family vacation here. Everything was as described or shown in the listing. The WiFi ended up going out on day 2 and took several days to be restored—that would be my only complaint. However, we still had a wonderful time. The cabin is a little off the beaten path and the roads are narrow. The cabin itself was tidy and had all the basics. We also enjoyed using the grill to grill hamburgers on evening. I would love to stay here again!

The cabin was a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but not too far away! We door dashed groceries and they were able to find the cabin with easy.

Short Getaway

This property was just ad expected. It was perfect for daughter, son-in-law, grandson and us. The free tickets for experiences in the area was a nice addition. Our only issue was the roads leading to the property were very narrow without guardrails, (obviously this is a situation that can't be remedied by the home owner)

Honeymoon

Cabin is older and could be updated. Lots of cobwebs. Lighting is insufficient inside and out. Most interior doors are difficult to shut due to settling of the house. Masterbath shower is a broken steam shower with only a rainhead. Difficult to use as a shower. The lights in the hot tub do not work. Deck furniture is very old and uncomfortable.

Mountain getaway

Property was well taken care of. Our family had a great time on vacation. Roads take a little getting used to since there are no shoulders and lots of curves. Inside the cabin we had everything we needed. Beds and couches were comfortable. The hot tub we used once, that needs some care, the cover has black mold growing on it. The neighbor had an infestation of carpenter bees which hindered the use of the back deck during the day time. Overall, our family would stay there again. Close enough to the attractions but still in the mounatins.

Great stay

Cabin was nice and we had a great stay. Both beds were comfortable but if you have a sleeping partner you will feel every move they make on the downstairs bed. The tvs wouldn't connect to their internet even though it showed a strong signal. The downstairs bedroom tv did connect to my hotspot after resetting the roku. Patking and access to the cabin is very accomodating. There is only a few steps to enter the cabin. The location of the cabin is great. It is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall, we had a great stay and if we are ever back in the area will hope to book this cabin again.

Cabin is very nice. It needs some general improvements such as mattress on downstairs king bed, jacuzzi tub doesn't work, bed upstairs won't pull out, no cable hook up on the TV in pool table room and would suggest a few brighter lights inside. cabin.

Need to change the check in policy from 4pm to 2 or 3 pm. Couch is uncomfortable. Bring a hot pad for the oven. Otherwise everything was perfect very clean and enough basic supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Our cabin was perfect! The beds were so comfortable. We all slept amazingly. The hot tub was a great addition to soothe our achy legs after the miles we walked. The discount for Ziplining at Wahoo came in handy. We will definitely be back!

Overall the cabin is nice; however it is listed by a rental agency that has a lot of listings. The amenities are marked the same for all rentals. Plus after i booked i was advised the internet is spotty and may not work. The listing says it has cable but it actually doesn't. You have to use your accounts to access streaming services. So if the internet isn't working you can't watch tv. When we arrived the internet was down and we couldn't get the tv to work. I contacted customer service were i was advised the cabin did not have cable. When i questioned her about the

Smokie Trip

We arrived at our cabin the day before Hurricane Helene came ashore. It was a wet week; raining every day we were there. The cabin was a nice refuge. We did not lose power or internet connections. The cabin was tastefully decorated and comfortable as our out door activities were limited due to the closing of Smokie Mountain National Park. The only thing I would encourage is the replacement of cushions on, back deck, out door furniture. They were pretty worn. Nice cabin, easy to get to and high enough to view some mountains.

Short trip with long memories

The cabin (zip a dee doo) was absolutely gorgeous. Inside was amazing, very open and inviting ,both bedrooms were impeccable. Would be a great cabin for 2 couples, given the 2nd living area upstairs. View from balcony was very nice off one side, but thick trees straight off the balcony, which was nice for privacy but did hinder watching sunrise on the balcony. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working for the first 2 nights of our stay, but the management company was very open and fair and refunded me a nights stay for the lack of use of the hot tub. Overall, a very nice cabin and a great experience with the management company. Although the hot tub didn't work, I was happy with the outcome and it did work for the last night of our stay, which was nice to be able to enjoy it at least for a little while.

A Great Place To Stay

This was my first time renting with Itrip, and it was wonderful. We rented the Zip-A-Dee-Doo cabin and I would highly recommend the company and the cabin. Our accommodations were wonderful and just as pictured on the website. It's always great when reality meets expectations!! I will definitely rent through Itrip in the future. A Great Place To Stay
