Perfect location. Wonderful view of West Lake and Mullets dock. Very quiet, even when there was live music outside at Mullets. Would stay again.

We loved staying at the penthouse! It was great to finally stay in a modern, clean room on our yearly trip to Okoboji. No bugs and outdated everything like we have encountered in the past! You can't beat the views and location. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Another amazing stay at the Central Emporium Penthouse Suite. Stunning views and all around comfort. Love coming to Lake Okoboji and the Arnold’s Park area. Was able to attend a couple of great concerts and enjoyed several amazing restaurants, bars and some shopping at Brad’s Bungalow and The Three Sons. Will definitely be back. Great host and accommodations. Thank you!

Central Emporium Return

Very nice Penthouse Suite at the top of the Central Emporium. Very clean and the perfect layout. The views are incredible!! Loved my stay. I’m from Michigan but grew up vacationing at Vacation Village with my family one week every summer for around 17 years. We would always come to Arnold’s Park to shop, dine and enjoy the rides. We’d always shop at the stores in the Central Emporium. A great return visit. Thank you for everything.

We love the penthouse ..... repeat customer

As usual we loved our time in the penthouse. Appreciate the new king bed and pretty windows. Must say we don't like how the outside Emporium lights shine into the bedroom even with the blinds tightly closed. I also see the hours for Mullets and don't understand why they turn their music on at 7am.

Thank you for staying with us again Bonnie and for sharing the feedback. I am surprised to hear that the music was already playing at 7 am, we are sorry to hear that. We'll check in to better light blockage for the windows as well. Hopefully we can get back up to a 5 star experience next time.

Short vacay

I decided to take a quick trip. Booked the room for two nights. The next day my partner decided he wanted to join me and go for an extra day. Matt was non-plussed and got us the extra night no problem. He gave specific instructions for check-in and access. This is the perfect spot. It's within walking distance from shopping, the beach, and the amusement park. Great food close by. I would come back in a heart beat!
Watching the boats go by.

Great location, clear check-in instructions and gorgeous view! This is a quirky older building, which I LOVED so much, and enjoyed how the penthouse was imagined. Loved the shops and eateries being in the Emporium building and how close it was to so many other great establishments. The host was also very responsive to a need! The only minor disappointment was that the tub completely runs out of hot/warm water by the time it reaches just above the first jet. Regardless, I would recommend this place overall based on the view and the convenience!! I would also recommend trying Mullets on the first level of the Emporium for their drinks and Sugar & Lemon, across the street, for the Chai and pastries!
