Börja din Florida-semester i Kissimmee och möjligheterna är oändliga. Vi ligger precis söder om Orlando och sätter dig mitt i alla attraktioner och aktiviteter som förvandlar familjesemestrar till non-stop kul med bestående minnen, njut av lyxen i din egen privata pool, fullt utrustat hem med alla moderna bekvämligheter och tillbehör plus gratis höghastighetsinternet och PC-användning.

Villan är bekvämt belägen bara en kort bilresa från Disney World och alla andra stora nöjesparker i Orlando-området i Florida. Vad mer är, vi är mindre än 2 mil från den spännande “Highway 192? och lite längre "International Drive" där du hittar alla shopping och restauranger du någonsin kommer att behöva på din drömsemester i "Sunshine State" of America.

Vår familjevilla sover 8 personer och är möblerad och utrustad med hög standard, belägen i ett lugnt bostadsområde men ändå bara några minuter till alla attraktioner i området.

Vi är glada över att välkomna gäster som kommer att behandla vår villa med den omsorg och respekt de skulle ge sitt eget hem.

På grund av hälso- och säkerhetsskäl och hänsyn till andra gäster, observera att detta är en rökfri villa och husdjur är inte tillåtna.

Great place

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, for the four of us we had plenty of space which was needed after a small room in New York. The house had everything we needed and wanted, no problem at all. Would stay here again.

Florida villa

Property itself was overall very good. On arrival problems with entry keypad. Code given did not work. Another couple provided also did not work. Eventually given lockbox code for actual key which allowed entry. Not very good start as we were exhausted after long flight, drive from airport and super overheated with heat at doorstep. Pool had no safety pool net/barrier. Beds were not the comfiest. Big negative: enquired about availability of cot bed and was advised could ’hire’ one for $120. We brought our own only to find TWO in the garage if the property. Surely if we are renting the house we should have use of everything within that property? That enraged me. Even if they were left by previous tenants then this should have been communicated to us. Not as if we hadn’t already paid a lot of money to stay! Property is very close to Disney parks and shopping. Would recommend property, especially if items outlined above are addressed

Nice house

The check in process was confusing because the directions said to check in with security. There was no security on site. The key pad to get in the door wasn’t working properly nor was the grill. Management took care of the issue promptly. We really enjoyed our stay in the home. Spacious and the pool area was amazing. We wish they could have mowed the back yard area before we came be what’s the grass was tall. Each time I had an issue I emailed management after hours and they got back to me fairly quick. I would recommend staying here and I would bring my family back again. The privacy of the home is great! When we left the keypad to lock and arm the house was not working.

Great stay

House was clean and had all supplies needed. The pool area was nice and the neighborhood was nice as well. Not too far from grocery stores and restaurants. The bed in the master was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again myself.

Lovely and local

The villa was lovely. The pool was a nice size, and we were very close to local shops and theme parks. We had a couple of issues which were eventually resolved. Overall a really nice villa.

Good location close to Disney

Having stayed in a few different areas around Disney, it was nice to have somewhere that was really close - it makes a huge difference to only be 15 minutes away at the end of a busy day. The house had everything we wanted and is very well equipped - all the little things like lots of crockery and cutlery etc. Only slight disappointment was the size of the pool, which although being perfectly adequate, the photos possibly made it look bigger than it actually is (why can’t properties list the actual dimensions). We had a couple of small issues with the house during the time we were there (ice maker on fridge not working, blocked garbage disposal), but these were dealt with brilliantly by the management company, rectified the same day on both occasions….excellent service. Would happily stay again next time.

Lovely stay in a great location

We loved our stay in this property. It was a really high standard, very clean and the best location for Disney. Also very spacious with a great size pool. Although Indian Ridge is an older community than Windsor Hills, the properties are more spacious and have bigger pools so I prefer it here. This villa had great size rooms and a lovely kitchen. The community feels quiet and very safe. I would definitely stay again.

Nice stay

Great location - close to Walmart, Publix and Disney, but just far enough away in a quiet neighbourhood for a more relaxing feeling. 3 Bedrooms on one side of house and master (with attached bath that also leads to pool deck) on the other side. Plenty of space for a family or even two. Lots of cookware, BBQ, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer all available. Everything was very clean and easy to locate in the house. TVs with Roku sticks in each of the bedrooms and living room. Pool was a great size and clean. Towels available, but you’ll need to bring your own pool toys/floaties.

Spring Break 2023

House was exactly as listed. Perfectly located if you are hopping around, and near everything you need. Come for the house but stay for the pool! One little issue with the check in code but resolved in one phone call - would recommend pool temp a little higher if not on the 90’s. No complaints and would book again!

Great place to spend the vacation

We really liked this house. It's large, clean and pool is beautiful! Only minor thing we would suggest is to upgrade TV in the master bedroom (it's quite small and seems a bit outdated). Would be nice to have TV in family room as well. But otherwise excellent house. We will be back!

Halloween on Christmas Stay

This house was great! We were 4 adults (aka 2 couples no children) and were able to have our own space, since the master is offset from the main area and each had own bathrooms. The house looks EXACTLY like the photos posted so no surprises you could normally encounter when booking rental homes. Our only complaints were the streaming service for TV in the master bedroom was spotty, if you didn't want to watch Netflix. The dish drainer has seen better days. This house has been added to our 'would stay here again' board for future trips to the Mouse!

Rest and Relaxation

Our family of four stayed at this home after four busy days of Disney. It was a perfect way to end our trip and recover from all the hustle and bustle. The house was beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We had decided to request for the pool to be heated at the last minute and Chris was able to make it happen. He was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great house!

This house had everything we needed and super close to the parks. My kids really liked the color changing light in the pool. Would stay at this house again. The only minor thing the previous people left underwear by pool and table by pool needed to be cleaned.

Beautiful home.

This is a beautiful home but they have nothing for you. You will need to go to the store right away and buy everything, including toilet paper. We booked for a week and they supplied two rolls. There are tv's but there is no cable or satellite service to watch anything.

Early Christmas get away

The house is in an older neighborhood, but it was very quiet and folks were friendly. We got to use the heated pool several days. The kitchen could use more utensils and pots and pans. We cooked several nights and struggled with the lack of items. All in all it was a wonderful time. I would rent again.

Disney Getaway

Great time, really easy to get to and from parks. Average of 10-15 min depending on park. Great to have pool right there. Clean, warm pool. Everything you need for a great vacation. I could not figure out how to turn the back yard lights on, but that in no way affected our stay.
