Villan har många extra för att göra din vistelse angenäm. Det har inrett en mycket god standard. Den stora planlösningen placerar det öppna, rymliga köket mitt i vardagsrummet, familjerummet, matsalen och 4 sovrum.

När du kommer in i villan finns det det luftiga vardagsrummet till höger, med matplatsen bakåt. Det välutrustade köket med frukostbord finns rakt fram. Till vänster om köket finns det mysiga familjerum med stor platt-TV (48 ”) och DVD-spelare.

Köket inkluderar en ugn i full storlek, mikrovågsugn, stor kyl-frys med ismaskin och vattenfördelare, avfallshantering och diskmaskin. Det finns också ett komplett utbud av elektriska apparater och redskap - allt du kan önska dig hemifrån.

Det stora sovrummet har en Queen size-säng och kabel-TV, med eget badrum med dubbla handfat, duschkabin, toalett och direkt tillgång till poolen (mycket bekvämt för den snabba dusch före eller efter en uppfriskande simtur); det andra sovrummet erbjuder också en Queen size-säng och kabel-TV. De andra två sovrummen har 2 enkelsängar vardera. Dessa sovrum delar det andra badrummet med duschkar, fåfänga och toalett. Alla fyra sovrummen har gott om utrymme i garderoben och en takfläkt (utöver den centrala luftkonditioneringen).

Från familjerummet, kök och matplats ser du till det attraktiva poolområdet. Genom skjutdörrar har du tillgång till det stora pooldäcket (skärmad) med den inbjudande, privata poolen. Solstolar i poolen tillåter den välsmakande frukosten "al fresco" och solstolar möjliggör en fantastisk sen natt, poolen avkopplande. Poolen är solvärmd genom solpaneler på taket. Really good location, good amenities in the house

Great family holiday, great location and house was very good. Access to the pool and the games facilities was excellent. Property decor is quite dated and some areas around pool and house are a bit grubby and in need of a spruce up. Overall pretty good!

Nice Remodeled Property

The nice things were the remodeled interior, the pool, the outdoor grill, the game room, and a central location. The things that we wish would have been better were the beds and pillows. Family villa

We loved our stay. Suited our family. Problem with pool but was sorted swiftly when we raised the issue. My grand children had a ball in the pool. Great location. So close to Disney. Roomy for our family of 6. Villa is fantastic but Decor could perhaps be refreshed. Would recommend though and certainly stay there again. Quiet cul de sac. No issues.

Very Quiet, Peacefull, Comfortable

First off, Id like to thank the host. Good with communication, and responding. The house was very nice,peaceful, and accommodating. The house has everything you would need. From bikes to go riding around the neighborhood, Down to the baby strollers. They are under selling the game room. Nice for the family to have some together time. Just needs a fan or something in it to keep it cooler. The only thing i would say(if it was anything to say bad) was the cameras everywhere. If you feel uncomfortable with them in The pool area, Just cover them up with a towel...I will definitely be renting from them again in the near future, if it's available .. Thank You Mr Rembert for a accommodating stay Robert B

An OK villa

We have a very good vacation. We just feel as though the Villa was a little bit dated and tired. The bed linen could do with a refresh and curtain things in the Villa weren’t as clean as they could have been. The BBQ was left dirty which I’m aware would have been previous guest. Out of all the vacations I have had in Florida I think this villa was the poorest in quality and wouldn’t revisit.

Great house but even greater with a couple kitchen upgrades

Overall this property was everything we needed in a vacation home. It was super clean and had plenty of space for all of us. It has a fantastic game area in the garage. The proximity to the Disney parks and grocery store was exactly as described. We planned to cook at the house on the days we weren’t at the parks. The kitchen cookware was very lacking though. We didn’t have many of the dishes we needed to cook and the ones we did have were in terrible condition. Another small thing about the kitchen is the lack of pantry space. We just struggled to find a place to put all the food we had bought for the week. I did note in a previous review there being a lack of towels, but that was not the case for us. Having access to a washer and dryer was a must for us as well and those were in great working order. The owner was so kind and super quick to get back to us when we had questions about the property. I would stay here again with a little kitchen cookware refresh😉

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased overall with the house. It is a bit dated and could use painting inside. The deck around the pool needs to be painted as well. It was reasonably clean however the floor around the toilet was not cleaned properly. Lots of ants around the patio so therefore this should be taken care off. The carpets needs a good cleaning. Needs new dishwasher. Needs new mops, brooms and two garden hoses. Both hoses had holes in them. It's all very simple. Overall it was in outr experience an OK place.

It was “OK” but wouldn’t suggest or stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home has a good central location to everything and decently clean. BUT unless you want every thing u do and say on camera and have big brother watching you, can’t even swim in the pool with out 4 cameras watching and ring doorbell listening to your conversations. Let’s not forget the abandoned borders house next door with couches stacked out in the back yard. You must bring everything with including soap to wash your hands and trash bags for the can. The day before our check in someone was trying to get into this home thru the back doors. No propane tank for grill u must buy an entire grill. I’ve stayed in DOZENS of rentals for same price range and location and this was absolutely the worse experience. I wanted to leave night 1 and find something else. No I would not recommend. My daughter also got a fish hook stuck in her toe from inside the pool. Just NO. It’s not a “excellent vacation rental” like the name is. A bank doesn’t have the amount of cameras up as this house does.

Disney vacation

Overall the house was in good condition. The listing did not include a game room in the garage. The washer has mold in it so we did not use it. The entire property has cameras around the premises and some even inside. This was not published at booking. Also, the WIfI was patchy. Great location to parks.

Amazing

Before coming to Florida, the rental place sent us a email of the code and instructions to unlock to the door and lock it. The house was very clean in the inside and the house had instructions to almost everything. It was an amazing time at the home.
