Welcome home to the Sunshine Cottage Tiny House Hideaway! Just 15 minutes from High Springs, rivers and Springs, and about 20 minutes from Gainesville!

This 1-bedroom studio has been completely updated with luxury amenities. You'll be amongst half an acre of pine trees, sip your coffee or wine on the front porch overlooking beautiful Florida foliage. Perfect for one or two guests, you’ll be right at home with a queen-sized bed with luxury linens, and Wifi, smart TV, air conditioning, closet and storage.

In the kitchen you’ll find a coffee maker, brand new refrigerator, microwave, toaster, induction 2 stove cook-top, and electric kettle. In the cabinets you’ll find silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, wine glasses, water glasses and plates.

In the bathroom you’ll find a full bathtub with shower. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Guest access
You will have access to the full cottage, plus half acre area around the house. You will have access to the shared driveway and washer and dryer under the car port.
