Den vackra Santa Fe River och dess många orörda fjädrar ligger precis vid din dörr från den här lilla, välutrustade stugan i skogen. Koppla av i en lugn, privat, lågteknologisk miljö omgiven av Moder Nature. Staden High Springs med antikviteter, presentbutiker och restauranger ligger 6 miles away; Gainesville (och UF Gators) är 30 miles away. Vackra parker och vårmatade floder och vandrings- / cykelleder ligger i närheten. Cave dykare och snorkling på världsberömda Ginnie Springs ligger 1 mile upriver. Kano / kajak / float / simma / koppla av i floden och fjädrar 100 meter från stugdörren.
Kabinen är fullt utrustad med AC / värme, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och kokplatta, alla redskap och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Badrummet har toalett och dusch. Vi har en bekväm full size säng, DVD-spelare, DVD, spel och böcker. Utanför hittar du en skärmad veranda för att titta på vilda djur och fåglar. Vi har en bar-b-que och en eldstaden. Hängmattan svänger mellan två skuggiga träd.

So Cute!

I really enjoyed this cabin!! It is in such a prime location for paddling/kayaking. Although there is a house on the property it is very secluded and private. Check in process was more hands on than most VRBOs as the owners meet you there to give you the key. I would probably bring more bath towels because I’m a fresh towel after every shower kind of person. Also you are in the Florida outdoors so beware of the bugs. There were also a ton of ticks, I had three crawling on me after sitting outside. So lay on the side of caution if bringing a pet and checking yourself before bed. I would definitely rent this again :)

Secluded get away

Very private and pristine wildlife surrounding the lovely tiny home small but with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We absolutely enjoyed every second of our time there the area is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty as well as friendly locals and community.

Loved it.

We loved our stay here. The whole environment was so peaceful. Just what we needed. The place is very clean and the space heater provided was a welcomed addition, as it fit really cold a couple of the nights. Definitely going to come back again.

Our 3 nite stay at the perfect time of the year in my opinion

The cabin is just what you see on the listing. Small for sure but meets all your needs. Do I wish the bed was bigger, absolutely lol. Environment/ Location just beautiful. I liked it being cooler because we fully enjoyed the fire pit and the gorgeous nite sky with a million visible stars. Our little corgi's enjoyed it just as much as we did. The host were so nice and helpful yet left you to your privacy. I can not say enough about the them. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful place!

We loved the location—a short walk to the river and springs. The cabin was a little small for two adults and two dogs but it was clean and snug on the unusually cold nights we were there. MaryAnn and Dave were welcoming hosts.

Magical woodland adventure

Our hosts, Dave and Maryanne were so thoughtful and easy to work with. They provided us with complete up to date information and instructions so we were fully prepared to settle in without a hitch. They gladly answered questions and corresponded in advance, giving us a warm welcome on arrival. The accomodations were lovely, the home was adorable, neat and tidy with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area was heavenly, with a wooded path leading to a small secluded spring and the Santa Fe river practically outside the door. There were trails leading to Rum Island and there were plenty of activities to keep us occupied all day and into the evening. Plenty of space for parking, outdoor seating around a firepit and a grill for cooking. Truly paradise!arrived.

Wild&Cozy

This cabin is fantastic. Beautiful deer are walking around, and a lovely private spring is a minute's walk from the cabin. The hosts are amiable and respond quickly. The cabin is in the middle of the forest, and they are not close neighbors, which is very cool. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Everything you read about this property is true but understated. It's private and secluded. The hosts have made sure everything you could possibly need is at your disposal. Nature at its best...clear springs and the river right outside your door. Coffee on the screened in porch as the sun comes up. Inside is a comfortable bed and a great shower if you have not already taken advantage of the outdoor shower. It's exceptional and perfect.

End of summer

Very nice property. It is a private quiet little get away ..just a short hike to a beautiful spring . We enjoyed our selves by relaxing down by the spring and we tubed down to big Rum , a nice short walk back .

Peaceful

My son and I had a fabulous stay. It is a great location and very private. The spring through the woods was stunning. We saw deer every day. Even the summer rain was enjoyable to watch from the front portch. It was a great location to visit multiple springs, dine out, and tour the adorable town of High Springs.
