This classic Maine house boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 12 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. Just a short walk to either Long Sands Beach or Short Sands Beach, and minutes from local shops and restaurants, the location ensures you're never far from your next adventure.
The first floor includes a large living room with plenty of couch space and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, a dining room, and deck access to a large outdoor dining area with gas grill. There is also a wonderful front porch to sit and watch the action going by the house!
The second floor includes four bedrooms and a full bathroom, and the lower (walkout) level has a large bedroom with an additional full bathroom (the W/D is located on the lower level).
