The apartment was well located however that is the only positive in this review. In real life the apartment did not reflect the online photos and description. It was definitely in need of general maintenance to bring it up to standard- the floor tiles were cracked, a number of the plug sockets did not work, the kettle didn’t work, the sofa and dining chairs were marked, the kitchen work surface had what looked like a cigarette burn on it, the bathroom cabinet was warped and cracked, and the bathroom smelled very damp. In addition the glass front door to the apartment block had been smashed. We would not stay here again.

Great location, 4 blocks from grand central station, Walking distance for Broadway show. Clean, simple, no frills accommodation with very comfortable beds. Only minor issue was low water pressure in shower. Good communication with host.

Nyc 2025

The property was very clean and in a great location. It was plenty of space for a family of 4. Easy walk to Grand Central. A nice grocery store across the street was also a plus.

Enjoyed our stay! A little over a mile to times square so not too bad of a walk. Just be aware of the four floors you will walk up. No elevator

Excellent apartment in great location

This was a great apartment for our family of four. The check in process and communication with the host were very straightforward. The apartment was clean and comfortable even during the unseasonably hot weather. The location was great for accessing public transit and many major attractions were a short ride away. We would definitely stay again on a return trip.

Great spot, convenient to Grand Central

Great spot, very clean and nice separation of space for a family of five to stay overnight in NYC! Five star communication and cleanliness, convenient location but the window shades aren’t blackout and it was very bright to sleep at night. This is a walk-up 4th floor, no elevator. We would stay again, though!

Very bright. It was loud outside, but that doesn’t bother me. Everything was fine, but nothing extraordinary and the condition of the room does not look as good as in the pictures, though there was nothing wrong with it.

Super Cute!

I stayed here with my sister and my dog for the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show and it was lovely! The apartment was super cute and comfortable. The only downside is the lit billboards outside of the windows, but it only affects the first bedroom, and we just used a blanket to cover the window to make it darker. There is a great little pizza shop around the corner that we ate at, and parking just the next block over. I would definitely stay here again in the future it available.
