We enjoyed our stay and found everything as listed. We had only one issue with toaster, and were amazed at how quickly it was replaced.

Great location!!

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The location was great!! So close to the beach and within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Door locks and check-in need to be updated to keypads!! It took 3 days for a maintenance man to come unstop the shower drain. The lighting in the condo is horrible. Very dark and gloomy at night making it difficult to read or do much of anything. This needs to be corrected. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to go back.

Great Location!!

We love Madeira Beach. This unit has a great location however the unit only is outfitted like a hotel room. Beach towels are not provided. The kitchen is left totally bare aside from dishes-no paper products, aluminum foil, seasoning, any dishes to store cooked food in etc…This is all fine if you consider it like a hotel room vs. a condo.

Trillium unit 1A stayed 7/23- 7/30/22

This unit needs to be scrubbed good top to bottom! There is very little water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom. The tub/shower in the guest bathroom is very slick needs a mat in the tub. Had to wash bath towels and wash cloths everyday as there are only 6 in the unit. This unit has not been recently remodeled as is advertised. Otherwise a good place to stay. Madeira Beach is beautiful and relaxing we enjoyed our stay.

Not clean

The unit wasn’t clean. Dust was on everything, baseboards were nasty. It looked the unit hasn’t been cleaned really good in a long time. It needs a deep clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It wsas a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful and lived up to it description. It was clean and the property was well maintained. The other renters and owners were friendly. We ate at Dockside Dave's, Sloppy Joes and Caddys. Wish there were more restaurants on the beach in this area. We used Island Hopper to get around. Very efficient and inexpensive. Did not need to rent a car. It is always thrilling when there we spotted dolphins swimming in the Gulf.

Family spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week with the family for spring break and was very happy with everything about Trillium 1A. Location was amazing right on the beach within walking distance or quick bus ride to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Beautiful view of the gulf with dolphins swimming by from the private balcony. The pool was never crowded on or stay and is decent size for the 15 units in the trillium building. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The condo is a perfect location, centrally located in Madeira Beach (about 1 mile from Johns Pass) and the beach is not overly crowded. The condo fit my family perfectly. The only negative would be the shower in the master bath had low water pressure and could use a deep clean (moldy spots).

Beautiful Sunset and View of Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 5 weeks at the Trillium which we have stayed at many times, this was the first time in 1A. The view is beautiful especially the sunsets, love the location, restaurants, and Johns Pass. Management was very responsive when we needed assistance. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. The unit is not “newly” remodeled, but in OK condition, the unit was clean on the surface, but a deep cleaning is needed. The unit is directly over the pool, which at times was very noisy.

Trilium 1A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying in Trilium 1A! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The unit has a very nice kitchen and was fully stocked with anything you may need. The inviting living room has the right amount of seating and again with a gorgeous view of the gulf. The master bath is very nice with double sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. We enjoyed spending time on our balcony that overlooked the gulf and the pool. It's the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set. Trilium is situated in the middle of Madeira Beach and just two doors down from Caddy's which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again and we can't wait to return!

Clear instructions were given to me via email leading up to my vacation and in the packet I picked up with my keys. The condo is beautifully decorated. It was clean and had everything I could need. Sitting on the balcony is like sitting on the beach--such an amazing view. The condo is conveniently located to stores and restaurants, and to John's Pass.

The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed eating in with our beach view. There is also a wonderful restaurant that we enjoyed walking to and we enjoyed John’s Pass. We hope we can stay here again! It was also nice to have such close and easy access to the beach and pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year staying in Trillium 1A. Overall we find this condo works well for our family but were a bit disappointed this year in the overall condition of the property. There was a broken drawer in the kitchen, microwave was not properly cleaned, mold spots in the master shower and the master toilet would run (this was on top of the multiple dirty dishes and silverware that were left but I was told the cleaning crew is not responsible for cleaning these items). The location of Trillium is excellent and the beach is fantastic - not as crowded as other spots in Madeira Beach. While we will return next year will be looking to rent a different properly.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautifully decorated. When you first see the condo it looks clean. However it desperately needs a deep clean. The outlets on the walls are filthy as were the floors, cabinets and shelving. The blinds in the living room are broken and you are not able to see the view as you should. The washer and dryer don’t work properly.The view is gorgeous. The lobby and pool area need updating.

AMAZING VIEW!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. You can't beat the views - especially the sunset! The beach is quieter than Clearwater or St. Pete's which we liked. I'm glad we rented a car since we had to pick up/drop off the keys about 10 minutes away. The condo was fairly clean when we checked in except for a little sand on the kitchen chairs and floor near the closet. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, but the refrigerator needs a little attention (several of the drawers were broken so we didn't use them). The beds were comfortable which is very important to me. Any issues were very minor, and we would definitely recommend staying at this condo. Overall, it was a great trip!!

Love this resorts location and beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 5th time staying at Trillium, but first time in 1A. Unit is beautiful and location is great, but unit wasn't real clean and several things need replacing/updating. Dryer didn't work, which they did bring a new one, but we were there two weeks and didn't get one until a couple days before checkout. Blinds throughout the unit we falling apart, towel rack pulled out of bathroom wall when I hung up a towel. Furniture on balcony could use updating. Also, a lounge is always nice on balcony, but just my opinion. Side table leg by couch was broke, outdoor chairs were ancient and unusable. Floaties for pool and ocean would have been nice. Minor things, which weren't a huge deal, but other units we stayed at had all these things. Again, unit was cozy and beautiful. For someone with children, this unit is nice as it is literally an arms throw from right above pool to watch kids. But for those without kids or want peace/quiet being right above pool was noisy at times and the pool guests can see right in your unit. All in all we enjoyed our stay as always at the Trillium.

Our 5th stay at Trillium. Love the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our fifth time at Trillium, but first time in Unit 1A. Unit is beautiful, but found it not super clean, blinds on most windows didn't work great and fell apart when opening and closing. End table leg broke, hung towel on rack in bathroom and it pulled off wall, dryer didn't work, brought in a new unit, but sadly not until a couple days before we checked out. dishes were dirty in cupboards. No nice beach chairs to use as they were rusted and broke. Other units had nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Although it sounds like much was wrong, these are just some things that maybe the owners didn't even know about. The unit is beautiful and location was great, but only complaint being on first floor was being right above pool was noisy sometimes. Beach is amazing, views amazing and really would stay in this unit again, but hoping for some updates...just needs a bit of tlc to make it perfect!
