We manually verify all reservations, as our units are rented individually and the calendar may not reflect real-time status. In the rare event of a scheduling conflict, we guarantee to provide you with excellent alternative options. Your booking is considered final only upon receiving our confirmation message.
Each of our two units offers four bedrooms, arranged with two bedrooms featuring their own private bathroom, and the other two sharing a third bathroom. Everyone gets their own closet!

- Communal Living: Common areas for gatherings and socializing.
- Entertainment Hub: Media and game rooms for group fun.
- Lincoln Park Access: Steps from parks, dining, and nightlife.

In the Goose Island neighborhood, you can easily explore local gems like Steppenwolf Theater, The Salt Shed, and The Second City, thanks to our proximity to the CTA Red, Brown, and Purple Lines. Enjoy shopping at nearby spots like Crate & Barrel and Whole Foods, or catch a movie at AMC NEWCITY 14, just a short walk away. For convenient dining options, try takeout from local favorites like King Crab House Chicago, Goose Island Brewhouse, or Alinea, all within walking distance from your apartment.
Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $1000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.
- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!
- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
