We enjoyed staying at the house - playing ping pong, billiards, fosball, and cards!! The kitchen appliances were ample and clean. The scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside!! We visited the many shops in town and explored some local hiking trails.

Great property

Accommodated large group very well. Loved that it had five bedrooms with king beds! The kid room accommodated 6 kids in a great way. We love the blue river location. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

We were very pleased with our stay at this home in Blue River. It was very close to Breckenridge shopping and restaurants but still far enough away to give you those peaceful mountain house vibes. Our kids loved the bunk room, pool table, foosball, and ping pong tables. It kept them busy. The rooms were great, we appreciated that each adult couple were able to have their own bathrooms. Check in was easy and communication with the manager was quick and painless! We’ve already started to plan our next trip back!

Wonderful Home!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, spacious, and quiet. We loved the view of Mt Quandary with our morning coffee. We had a few visitors...fox, moose, and small bear that was fun to see. We had troubles getting into the home, the property manager was quick to assist. Our family of 14 (Ages 1 to 70+) would come back again!

Family Christmas Holiday

The property is beautiful and was enjoyed by all. The kitchen was quite well stocked. (it would have been nice to have a knife sharpener.). We did a lot of cooking so really tested the kitchen. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

Wonderful house.

We stayed in this wonderful house with family (16 total) for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The house is very spacious, allowing for anyone who needs some space to get away. Also loved the upstairs with the kids/teen bunk room. The hot tub was a huge hit as well. A very easy 5-7 minute drive to Breckenridge and the roads were very well kept for us Southerners who aren’t fond of driving in snow and ice. There’s plenty of yard space to explore and build snowmen when off the slopes.

Lots of luxury for our group

We had a group of 12 and everyone enjoyed the home's features and amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with more equipment than a typical rental. Only down was that the heat was uncontrollably hot. No help from rental office.

Extra ordinary Service

Tons of extras available. Kids really enjoyed the ping pong table, pool table and washer games. The rental agency called the second day to see if we needed anything. Then came in the middle of the week to clean the hot tub and make sure the chemicals were okay! Never had such good service. And we saw a moose by the driveway! Excellent stay.

Spectacular View Home!

Once a year our 5 children and grandchildren all get together for a weeks stay somewhere. This year we chose Breckenridge and this beautiful home! This home was perfect for all our needs. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a huge plus! Nicely equipped kitchen and a wonderful downstairs game room where intense Uno and Monopoly games were played for hours! We even had two surprise visits from moose right in our front yard for a couple of days! Perfectly situated home just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge, hiking trails and shopping. Thank for for sharing your lovely home with us!

Idyllic retreat for quiet family vacation

Beautiful home with king beds for all! Somewhat isolated from town, but that was a positive for enjoying the quiet escape we sought to complement the ski trip. Hot tub was clean and very nice, and was serviced during our stay. Recreational toys were a real bonus, with kids using the sledding toys in the driveway (very safe with no street risk), the pool table, ping-pong table, and a nice assortment of games and books for the kids.Kitchen overall was modern and very crowd friendly, but non-stick cookware needs replacement. Minor trim repairs in a couple of places, but still exceptional house. Water heater could not keep up with multi-shower and use of master jet tub. Bus service schedule was not clear in description, nor was it reliable for our activities, but not a big limfac. Plan to drive for skiing, gondola lots were easy to use and always had room. We asked for extra pillow cases for the provided extra pillows, but were denied by the management staff. We needed toddler gates for the stairs, and bought them from Wal-Mart instead of renting. We left them for the next guests.Overall very nice property that we would rent again. Family friendly, but a long run for apres ski downtown.

Family getaway to see the Aspens!!!

We have stayed in Breckenridge and Keystone area many times but the Blue River location where the home was is our favorite location. You have the best view of Mt.Quandary right from the living room windows. We enjoyed all the amenities like the pool table, hot tub, ping pong table, and the foosball table. The last day we had two moose on our driveway area!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

It is with great pleasure to be able to share our incredibly wonderful experience staying at this truly beautiful luxurious mountain home. Every part of this home was meticulously clean with the bathrooms abundantly stocked with fresh towels – soft fresh linens on the ultra comfortable beds – and the kitchens inventory of dishware and appliances was overwhelming. The accommodations and comfort level are second to none. The proximity between the bedrooms is designed to provide the maximum amount of privacy for every guest. Being that this is such a large triple level home each level has its own “community area” which allows different functions to carry on simultaneously while still enjoying the great experience of being together with everyone in your group. The views out of the front windows and front porch deck are breath taking and mesmerizing as you gaze out across the mountain ranges. Breckenridge is only a few minutes away which allowed us to frequently visit various restaurants and shops as well as
