Guest Access:
The whole place is yours! Homestead Beach Club amenities are NOT available (pool, spa, gym, tennis). However, there are tennis courts, bike trails, and golf courses nearby that are open to the public. Bikes, canoes, and kayaks are all available for rental. In the winter, nearby Crystal Mountain and The Homestead Resort are easily accessible for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowboarding.
Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Fall, winter and spring rentals require a 2-night minimum stay, with the exception of holiday weekends that require a 3-night minimum stay.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a mile to downtown Glen Arbor by road or by beach! This quaint town is filled with unique treasures, specialty items and a variety of restaurants to discover during your “up north” vacation. Visit the original Cherry Republic, the famous Art’s Tavern, the Totem Shop, Leelenau Coffee Roasting Co. and the Pine Cone. There is a grocery store, a bait shop and many other local shops to accommodate all of your needs during your stay. Minutes away from downtown, you’ll find the infamous Heritage Trail, a 20+ mile paved, multi-use trail showcasing several destinations within the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Hop on the famed M-22 Scenic Drive to explore the little villages scattered around the Leelenau Peninsula.
