Nytt slutförd! Bara 12 minuter till Sunday River Resort och 2 minuter till Bethel centrum. Denna nya Energy Star Home byggdes för oöverträffad komfort. Från ultra-bekväma hotellkvalitetssängar till golv till tak fönster med utsikt över Presidential Mountain Range till mysig elektrisk eldstad, var ingen detaljer förbisedd.

Hemmet ligger högt av pittoreska Intervale Road på 30 tysta hektar mark och ståtar 1900 kvadratmeter över 3 våningar. Denna tre sovrum plus bunk område semester hyra har en blandning av moderna faciliteter, avancerade läder och trä möbler, och rustik handgjord inredning. Hemmet är perfekt för bröllop, familjeutflykter eller en helg med vänner.

Huvudnivå:
Huvudnivån är ett öppet konceptutrymme med höga tak och stora fönster med fantastisk utsikt över Washington. På denna nivå hittar du en mudroom, däck med gasgrill, badrum, sovrum med queen size-säng, smart TV, fullt utrustat kök, matbord med plats för åtta, high-end skinnsofa, elektrisk spis och helhus audio.

LÄGRE NIVÅ:
Den lägre nivån är utrustad med en avancerad hemmabio med en 92 tums skärm, Klipsch-högtalare, Kabel, Netflix, Bluray / DVD-spelare, Pottery Barns soffa och tillgång till uteplats och badtunna. Inbyggda madrasser med våningssängar erbjuder en mysig sovplats, sovrummet har en king size-säng med smart TV och tillgång till uteplatsen och bubbelbadet. Ett extra badrum ligger på denna nivå och tvättstuga med helt ny high-end tvättmaskin och torktumlare är tillgängliga.

Öppet koncept loftet är ett mysigt rum med två queen sängar och en smart TV med DVD-spelare.

UTOMHUS:
Med 30 hektar av integritet, erbjuder huset gott om utomhusutrymme att njuta av. Den lägre nivån har två dörrar som har tillgång till ett stort uteplatsutrymme. Uteplatsen erbjuder ett picknickbord, utomhushushålls högtalare och badtunna med en magnifik utsikt över Mount Washington.

SUNDAY RIVER och BETHEL AREA:
Vale Cabin ligger nära allt! Du hittar många restauranger, pubar, affärer, ett museum, mataffär och apotek allt inom en 2 minuters bilresa i centrala Bethel. Downhill och längdskidåkning, snowboard, snöskor, skridskoåkning och slang på vintern, allt inom en 12 minuters bilresa. Två prestigefyllda golfklubbar i området. Vandring för alla förmågor från en platt promenad till stränga 22 miles spår ligger inom Grafton Notch och Evans Notch State Parks.

Simning på fransmannens hål på landsbygdens slut på Sunday River Road erbjuder en speciell upplevelse. En stollyfttur till toppen av Sunday River Mountain erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över höstfärgerna. Eller gå ut och vandra till toppen av fastigheten för panoramautsikt över Bethel-dalen och omgivande presidentens bergsområde.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property had every amenity you could think of, making it feel like a true home away from home. The views were stunning, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything seamless from start to finish. The pictures don’t do this place justice highly recommend!

Beautiful location with very responsive host

Stunning views (even with rain/clouds!) and fabulous location to explore Bethel and surrounding locations. Fully equipped home and lovely hot tub steps away from the primary bedroom. A few questions were responded to very quickly by host. We would love to come back.

Amazing stay

Ski trip.

This cabin was such an amazing stay for a ski trip. Was super close to Sunday river. Only about a 10 min drive, the house comfortably slept 12 people and had everything we needed. The host was very precise with his directions making this such an easy and enjoyable stay! 10/10.

Great Location for ski vacation and beautiful vews.

House was clean and just as advertised - beautiful veiws and cozy house. We stayed with 2 families (10 people) and the house was very nice. Mike was great and responded right away. Fridge wasn't cold when we got there and reached out to him and he responded right away and it was cold shortly after. House was perfect for a ski vacation. We would stay there again. 10 mins from mountain and great for a large group (or small)

We stayed here for a minimoon after our wedding and it was perfect. We made good use of the hot tub, grill, and loved the sunset view every night. We loved the convenience of the location. Very comfortable beds as well. Mike was super responsive when we had questions

Relaxing Birthday Getaway

The cabin was perfect! Exactly as you see in the pictures. It was 5 of us that stayed there for 3 nights, and we had plenty of space. We took our dog as well and he loved it. The hot tub was amazing, and the fire pit with the chairs were great as well! Everything was really clean, and the kitchen was well equipped but was missing an air fryer, so we did bring our own as we planned to cook most meals. Only thing we felt was missing were full length mirrors. If one or two could be added, it'd be helpful for guests.

BDAY getaways

We had a great stay with a family of all ages. Celebrated two of our teens bdays! They enjoyed the hot tub and all the space within. Great sleeping options with 6 comfortable beds. Instructions for the kitchen lights over the table and the theatre screen downstairs would have been helpful but we did figure it out. Really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO!

Second Stay

We had a lovely second stay at Vale Cabin. The view from the second floor is stunning, and we enjoyed hiking in Grafton Notch State Park. The only disappointment is that the weeds outside have grown tall enough to block the mountain view so it can only be enjoyed from the main level, or second floor, of the cabin. We couldn’t enjoy the view from outside while in the hot tub, playing corn hole, or having a fire, like pictured in older photos.

Perfect Vacation at a lovely spot

The property sits in a very rural part of the mountain country of Maine. It's very near the Sunday River ski resort. Even the "off season" in Maine is busy--it truly is vacationland. We hiked and swam in some off the grid swimming holes (gorgeous scenery), drove to Portland found beaches and visited some landmarks and ate good seafood, and checked out a couple of local brewpubs that had awesome food. We had lots of room, the place was clean, and spectacular view from the living room. Would recommend.

Grandparent weekend

Our family of four( two teen kids) and both sets of grandparents gathered for our third annual pre- holiday gathering. We had an amazing time at this cute house. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and proximity to town. The Christmas tree also made the perfect holiday vibe.

I first fell in love with the Sunday River area and Bethel Maine in 2014 during a ski trip getaway. When I had a chance to come back again in the early summer to do some hiking, I was amazed with how much Maine had to offer. I spent nearly two years searching for the perfect piece of land to build Vale Cabin and happened across one that offers privacy, incredible views, and is close to Bethel and Sunday River.

In one word, the View. Vale Cabin was built to take advantage of stunning Mount Washington views while coexisting in-harmony with the land. This Energy Star Home is both eco-friendly and unbelievably comfortable no matter what season you visit so you truly can enjoy the great outdoors from within. Perched high-up off Intervale Road the home is close-to-it-all and yet private.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

No detail went overlooked. Much of the material in the house is sourced from local timber, including the beautiful heavy timber stairs. And, when I couldn't find the right bathroom vanities or tables, I created them from large log slabs. Pottery Barn couches offer comfort and upscale style, while bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable hotel-quality mattresses and luxurious linens. Vale Cabin offers an incredible experience you can’t find anywhere else in the Sunday River and Bethel area.
