Beacon Villa is a very comfortable home. Cozy Fireplace in living room with comfy leather power recliners.âŒïž Excellent area near Wake Med. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful home. All bedrooms are upstairs. SMART TVâs in every bedroom, streaming in select rooms. Charcoal grill & Outdoor propane fire pit with comfy outdoor chairs. (We do not supply propane gas) 3 night minimum stay. NO SMOKING inside home. Side patio is for smoking.
Prefer messaging on App. Available if needed.
Sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. All streets have lights. Shopping center located behind the community. We were made aware of a nightclub in the shopping center so the potential for noise in the area has increased.
Guest access to the entire house
You want all guests to feel very cozy during their stay at Beacon Villa. Feel right at home. And enjoy Our 1300 sqft home. Comfortable feeling of a cozy villa. Ceiling fans in every room. Bedrooms are cozy and have smart TVâs. Enjoy logging into your account and streaming! Cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen. Gas Fireplace in the living room. Outdoor fire pit with comfortable patio chairs. Please see instructions to operate fire place and gas fire pit. Please keep outdoor furniture covered when not in use to protect from the elements.
NO PETS ALLOWED on premises.
NO SMOKING inside house. There is a patio area for smoking outside
Space for 2 cars on the property driveway⊠NO GARAGE ACCESS.
Super Walmart is less than 1 Mile away from house on New Bern Avenue. Several fast food places close by less than 1 mile
NO GARAGE ACCESS. Our garage is locked.
No smoking inside house. Designated Smoking area is outside on patio.
NO PETS. We do not allow pets of any kind

Check in early at 12pm for additional 50.00, subject to availability
Request late Check out until 1pm for additional 50.00, subject to availability.

Our next door neighbor usually handles the trash cans. But just in case.
Thursdayâs guests⊠please take trash can to the curb..
Fridayâs guestâŠ.. please bring trash can back to designated area in yard.
