Hela huset har byggts om med vackra möbler och inredning för en lyxig semester med familjen, affÀrsresa eller en romantisk get-away som bilderna talar för sig sjÀlva. Alla nya möbler och bekvÀmligheter.

Det finns tre sovrum w / en av dem Àr ett pass. TvÄ av sovrummen har queen sÀngar, tredje sovrummet har en tvilling, full och rulla sÀng. My family of seven, all adults, had a BLAST! The house has everything you need and then some! We were here for five nights and each night we sat around the fire pit out front. It was great! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the South Bay area

Beautiful home. Great location. Plenty of parking.

We loved all of the skylights that made the house so bright. The rooms were decorated so lovely with inspirational quotes above doorways. Fully stocked kitchen and supplies. Thursday street fair only a block away and pier only 4 short blocks away.

Wonderful Remodeled Beach House

The home was very clean and updated with plenty of supplies and everything we needed for our stay. It would have been nice if the fire pit worked for us-it would have been an extra bonus! The beach access was perfect-just 2 short blocks. Bike rides and sunsets were the best! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home base on Pearl

We enjoyed the location on Pearl St. I was in town with my 3 young adult children. The house was perfect. Clean and stocked with all the things we needed. Great open floor plan and comfortable for us all. We cooked a wonderful brunch, enjoyed local restaurants and found everything we needed at nearby local shops. Wonderful weekend and the home provided a comfortable home base.

Incredible Location and Property!

We could not have asked for a better location, quality of property and amenities. They thought of everything, and we especially loved sitting out by the fire pit and just hanging out. We celebrated my son graduating from college and had a bbq on Sunday night and everything went so smoothly. Plenty of serving platters and kitchen essentials made it seem less. The location to the beach cannot be beat!

Great house & location!

The house is absolutely perfect & well equipped for a family. It’s close to the beach and the pier - would definitely stay again! We ran into an issue where the air conditioner broke during our duration of stay but the property manager was very responsive and did everything she could to make us comfortable. The house was clean but our feet did get very dirty, it seemed the wood floor could have been mopped before hand but everything else was perfect!!

Enjoyed this house

We will stay here again. It is well stocked and clean as a whistle. It offers good appliances. The bikes are great and there is super proximity to the beach. It is also easy to go get basics at the grocery store. The only complaints (MINOR) are the railroad bedrooms, maybe I didn't read correctly) and the difficulty of getting into the corner cabinet by the oven for SHORT people!

Amazing Vacation! This property is the BEST!

Bic is the most available and helpful hostess we’ve had the pleasure of working with through VRBO! The house is exactly as depicted and is fully stocked with staples and extras, making our stay so comfortable and convenient! The beds are comfy and the house is laid out so there is plenty of privacy for all guests! The proximity to the beach and pier is easily walkable and all the beach paraphernalia is on-premises so there is no need to bring beach things packed in your luggage! We will definitely come back to the Pearl cottage when we visit family in LA next time. This was a truly awesome vacation! Thanks VRBO and Bic!

EXCELLENT Rental Home - Redondo Beach

Thank you Bic for the excellent experience in Redondo Beach. This was the most heavily stocked house we've ever rented from VRBO. The home had everything we needed from toys, kitchen accessories, great bedding, beach items, even a pack-n-play for our toddler son. As for Bic as a property manager, she was incredibly responsive and accommodated all of our requests. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home with us!

Beautiful weather this time of year!

Bic was very responsive immediately if we had any questions. The location of the property is awesome! Close to Redondo beach and pier. Short dricing distance to other beaches. One con is the parking isn’t the best as we had to park a block or two away at times as all the parking spots in front of the property were taken by other properties as it’s street parking. One suggestions is to have a small table in master bedroom to set things on since there isn’t room for a bedside table. Master bathroom is small but worked ok. The beds were very comfortable.

Awesome House, Great Location

My wife, myself and our three teenage kids had an amazing stay at this house. I don’t even know where to start. From walking in the front door the house is set up beautifully. Great decorations, fun vibe and special little touches everywhere. The rooms were set up great and gave everyone plenty of space. The house had everything you could need with the skewers for making s’mores over the fire pit a great addition. Beds are very comfortable, showers are amazing, plenty of couch space and lots of TV options. The house is close enough to walk to the beach and the pier and there are tons of options for food right down the street on the PCH. I would recommend this place for any type of trip you are taking. Great for families, quiet, safe and within walking distance of anything you need. We had a great trip and the hosts were extremely responsive and super accommodating. 10 out of 10 would strongly recommend!

Perfect Pearl

We stayed in this perfect home in Redondo Beach while visiting for a family wedding. This home and Bic exceeded our expectations. There was everything we needed to take down the street to the beach and get the true California beach experience. The home is so cozy and clean! The first night we sat around the fire pit enjoying time as family enjoying the beautiful night. Bic went above and beyond by picking up a cake and balloons for our daughter to celebrate her birthday with her Grandmother and Uncle that live far from our family. We all wish that we could've stayed longer since this really made for a perfect weekend! Thank you for making everything so easy and all the communication before we arrived. Best Rental - Hands Down

Bic is an amazing host and we definitely recommend this rental. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodating our group. In addition, this home has EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING you need and more for an enjoyable stay. They have thought of everything one would need. The walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes, near shops, bars and restaurants. The bikes are a plus. My daughter (15) rode the bikes daily and loved how easy and convenient it was to ride and get around. The parking was a plus as well. We had no problems finding a place right in front. The stores are close by as well. If you have questions or concerns the owner is very responsive. Out of all of the rentals we have stayed in over the years, this has been the best thus far. Thank you again Bic. Our family cannot wait to stay again.

Great place makes great first time VRBO experience!

I was very nervous using VRBO but was also tired of being cooped up in a one-room hotel and eating out all the time. Renting Pearl Street turned out to be the best thing we've done while visiting families in the LA area. Contact with Bic before the stay was easy and smooth, and she has an easy going personality, too, it turned out. Yes, the apartment is for real and it looks like the pictures, and is furnished and stocked with more than you will ever expected from a short term vacation rental. Everything was spotless, in working condition, and of high quality. And the decor is very beachy cute, well done! Redondo Beach was family friendly and very adequate for our teens' needs. Thursday morning farmers' market was good and fun. All the beach equipments are in the house; a dive shop is nearby to rent wetsuits if you would like to get in and stay in the water (I highly recommended ;-0). If staying in the area again, I know my search for lodging is over.

An airy retreat by the shore

This airy, meticulous cottage has everything you need for a relaxed stay with friends or family. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, with tons of easy street parking, the decor is endless California summer, complete with nautical touches, surfboards and beautiful shades of blue. For our group, the best feature of the house was the great room and kitchen: a super comfy sectional couch hosted many family members, and a large farm table easily accomodated 8 people (even 10). The kitchen is supremely well stocked with appliances for every cuisine; markets, restaurants and coffee shops are a stone's throw away. The property manager Bic is a dream to work with. The house was perfectly decorated for the holidays -- just enough Christmas cheer. Her lightening-fast communications were always thoughtful and informative: she could not be more reponsive. We are not strangers to the area, but I could imagine how helpful she'd be if a group from out of town was trying to figure out the lay of the land. Don't hesitate to book this lovely little cottage for a relaxed stay near the shore!

We had a wonderful stay and alternated between calling it our "beach bungalow" and our "surf shack". The house was nicely decorated, filled with thoughtful touches and everything you could possibly need for the beach! The beds were comfy, the sheets were soft, and the bath towels were thick and fluffy. Our favorite evenings were spent around the firepit, playing guitar (softly) and eating Handel's ice cream. Parking in front of the house was surprisingly easy. Despite coming and going frequently, we always found a spot waiting for us when we returned. Bic was incredibly attentive, responding almost instantly to any questions we had. It was just the vacation we were hoping for!

This property is better than staying at a five-star hotel! It has everything you could possibly want, need and more! Catering to both adults and children of all ages! So all you have to do is show up with your luggage of clothes because everything is there for you! Your ideal home away from home.

We love things plush, everything thought of for us when we go on vacation which makes us feel blessed to have picked the right vacation stay. So we operate with this philosophy in mind, 'do unto others as you would do to thyself.'
