This property is nestled just 2 miles from Kyle Field and Texas A&M University, this home is tailored for guests attending football games, campus tours, graduations, or reunions. This house is also walking distance to Legends Event Center and Bryan's new Top Golf attraction. There is plenty of parking to ensure convenience for groups arriving together.
2. Freshly Renovated and Thoughtfully Furnished in 2025.
We took this house down to the studs. When I say everything is brand new, I mean everything. My wife and I both graduated from Texas A&M, our 2nd son is set to graduate in 2027. We have two other younger boys that we are hoping follow in our footsteps. We remodeled this house and made it our own. We can't wait to share it with you.

This house is an open- concept living and dining areas, plus an inviting kitchen with granite island and bar - perfect for entertaining or gathering. Smart TVs in every room enable seamless streaming and entertainment.
