Thank you very much for your kind words. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It was a pleasure hosting you. We're delighted that you enjoyed the home, the neighborhood, and your stay. We would be happy to welcome you back anytime. Wishing you all the best and safe travels!

Thank you very much for your wonderful review. I am truly honored by your gracious compliment on your best VRBO stay. That truly means a lot. When we prepare the home for guests, we stock it the same way we do when our adult kids come to visit. Family vacation time is precious, and our girls still talk about their childhood trips to Florida as some of their happiest memories. Now that they’re grown and building their careers, they reminisce about those trips even more; it reminds us why we put so much care into creating a welcoming space for other families. We’re delighted that you found the home beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Knowing you felt welcomed and well taken care of is exactly what we hope for. You were wonderful to host, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime. Warmly, Laurie

Thank you for your kind words! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed your week at Suite Retreat and that the home felt comfortable, clean, and just right for your stay. Lely Resort really is a special place, and we’re glad you got to experience it. Wishing you a wonderful year ahead! Warmly, Laurie and Brian

Hi David, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear that the home felt beautifully appointed, well‑provisioned, and truly immaculate for your stay; that means a lot to us. We also appreciate your note about young children. We don’t keep many baby items on site. Families with little ones often use a local Naples service called Twinkle Twinkle Little Store that rents cribs, highchairs, and more. They deliver and pick up directly at the house. It’s an easy solution for guests who need those items. We’re so glad you enjoyed your time at Suite Retreat and would love to welcome you back. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay! Warmly, Laurie & Brian

Eric, Thank you for the review! I’m glad you got to spend time with your family. As the kids get older, that time becomes more rare. Finding an excellent cleaning company is like finding a needle in a haystack. We feel fortunate that we found ours after interviewing many! Glad our place worked out; hope a return visit works! Warm regards, Laurie and Brian

Thank you for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that you felt at home and found the house spotless and well-equipped for your vacation. With each visit to Naples, we think of ways to enhance the property so our guests have everything they need! It was a pleasure communicating with you, and we would be more than happy to welcome you back anytime. Warmly, Laurie & Brian

Thank you very much for this incredibly thoughtful and detailed review. It truly means a lot to hear that your family had such a memorable stay. Brian and I put a great deal of care into making the home comfortable, well-stocked, and enjoyable for guests of all ages, so it’s especially rewarding to know it worked so well for your family—especially the kids enjoying the pool! Your kind words about the communication are deeply appreciated as well. We always aim to be responsive and helpful; it’s wonderful to know that made a difference during your stay. When Brian and I travel, we also like to stay in places that feel like a home, not just a rental. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would absolutely love to welcome you and your family back anytime. Thank you again for choosing our home and for taking the time to share your experience. Warmly, Laurie & Brian

Jeannette, Thank you for the kind words and taking the time to review your stay! We strive to get back to guests quickly with questions as we know vacation time is a special time that you want to enjoy. Brian and I are detail-oriented people. We discussed our travels over the years and what we wanted in a vacation home when we traveled. Good mattresses were the first thing! Then we proceeded to read a lot of reviews, looking for quality items that our future guests would enjoy. (If something wasn’t quite right, we sent it back!) I’m glad you enjoyed the Players Club and Spa, the neighborhood, and pool area. We are fortunate to have found a fabulous pool company! We home a future stay works at Suite Retreat! Have a wonderful year. Warm regards, Laurie and Brian

Wendy, Thank you for your thoughtful review of your stay at Suite Retreat. Brian and I took our own travel experiences into account when setting up our Lely Resort home. We wanted to ensure our guests had all the important basic supplies. I’ve always found it a bit challenging to land after a long trip and have to run out for groceries. As a result, we decided to provide breakfast (and a little extra) to help make your arrival stress-free. I’m so glad you enjoyed the breakfast items! Brian and I keep our phones close while guests are at the property so we’re always available if needed. However, we try to only text for important reminders. I really appreciate your excellent communication when I sent the trash and recycling bin reminders—thank you! Thank you for the compliments on the house, pool and neighborhood. Lely Resort is a special place. We’d love to have you back anytime you’re ready for a resort with sunshine, flowers, and palm trees. Have a wonderful year ahead! Warm regards, Laurie and Brian
