Lyxigt Riverfront Townhouse, Downtown Aspen - Modern Mountain Remodel !!

Vi gjorde en komplett topp-till-botten ombyggnad av vÄrt ljusa, stora och mysiga radhus som ligger över 2 vÄningar med 4 sovrum och 3 badrum. Det stora rummet med utsikt över floden Àr perfekt för avkoppling eller underhÄllning efter en dag pÄ berget - sommar eller vinter. Poolen och badtunnorna - ja badkar - lÀgger bara till kul !!

Varje badrum har himmelska uppvÀrmda golv !!

Vi Àr bara 1. 5 kvarter till City Market och Aspen centrum. Du behöver inte en bil men vi har parkering. Du Àr en enkel promenad till alla restauranger och nattliv i stan.

Perfekt för familjer eller par !!

Vi tar en natt uthyrning, men inte i förvÀg - egentligen bara nÄgra dagar innan.

VÄrt radhus Àr verkligen ett HUS !! Det finns sÄ mycket privat utrymme och socialt utrymme - och till och med utomhus, utrymme vid floden !! Det Àr utmÀrkt för 4 par eller 2 familjer eller nÄgonstans dÀremellan !!

Det finns gott om förvaring - Àven en garderob för ditt bagage !!

Den uppvÀrmda poolen och badtunnorna Àr STORA !!! Detta Àr en lÀgenhet för hela sÀsongen. Lika bra pÄ sommaren som pÄ vintern !! Vi Àr en enkel promenad till allt du vill göra i centrala Aspen och som lokalbefolkningen - vi kommer att dela med dig alla Aspens underbara hemligheter !!

Downtown Aspen Àr fantastiskt !!! Matsuhisa, Casa Tua, Ajax Tavern - OH MY !!! Vi skickar en lista över vart man ska gÄ !!

Great Location and size in town

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home right by the Roaring Fork River. You can hear the sound of the river as you fall blissfully asleep and also be within walking distance to town. What more can you ask for on a lovely summer day in Aspen. With four bedrooms, our family of 8 was comfortable and had plenty of space. The family/living room has a couch that you can just get lost in and we enjoyed a movie night or two with the entire crew. Thank you for sharing your home!

Summer 2019

Fantastic Property! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with even several weeks before we arrived when I had questions. We stayed in the home with 4 adults and 4 children (age 3 & 5) and halfway through the trip we had our nanny and still had plenty of room for everyone. The home is exactly as listed. Great location for summer. We only used our car for airport transportation and driving out to further away trailheads. Thank you Elizabeth for opening your home to our family! We will definitely be back!

Hip and charming place

We were a party of 10 well traveled women getting together for a 30th and Riverfront was perfect. Easy access to hiking, shopping and restaurants. Pool and hot tub great options after being on the mountains. Beds comfy with nice linens. Bathrooms lovely....it matters! Clean and above all, the host, Elizabeth was responsive and gracious.

Fabulous stay at Roaring River Fork Condominium

Fabulous Condo in fabulous location in Aspen. Beautiful deck overlooking river. Spacious condo easily accommodated 3 adult children and spouses. Easily walkable to mountains, Gondola, town, restaurants, shopping and transportation to Aspen Music Festival. Well stocked kitchen, but all we used was refrigerator and Nespresso machine! Host provided many helpful suggestions re:Aspen and allowed us to store bags in condo until late afternoon flights. Can't wait to return!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Very roomy, very upscale, very comfortable and very easy to book. Elizabeth calmed our nerves before traveling and was there if we needed her - but we didn't! It was smooth as silk. We walked everywhere from here! A++

Lovely condo in a great location!

We came here for a girls' getaway and could not have been happier with the awesome walkable location of this condo! Everyone loved how beautiful the condo itself was - with top-notch fixtures, comfy beds, and that epic huge couch. It really was one of the nicer VRBOs I've ever stayed in. And Elizabeth was so nice and super responsive as we were planning the trip!

Tomas, Elizabeth and our son Tommy live in Snowmass Village -- close by to help out with anything you need. Our son goes to the local Aspen public school and we love our beautiful, cosmopolitan but still our small town that you get to come visit !! Please don't hesitate to ask for any local tips. We love to travel, snowboard, hike, eat at great restaurants, play with our 2 fabulous dogs, host friends and enjoy life !!

We fell in love with this townhouse because of the river and the amazing layout of the condo and the huge swimming pool !! We improved things with our top to bottom remodel that allows 12 people to stay comfortable in the condo. We dream of living there !!

Sleeps 12 !! Gorgeous River View on 2 levels. Gourmet kitchen. Huge pool and 2 hot tubs. Amazing entertaining area. Gorgeous master suite with endless closets and luxury marble bathroom with a huge tub. 2nd master with en suite, lots of storage and walk in shower. Full sized washer and dryer. Gorgeous design and decor.
