Vackert hem i Aspen, 12 minuters promenad till gondolen! Busservice vid slutet av gatan, lugnt grannskap med parken bakom den. Parken har lekplats, picknickområde, fontän, damm och vandringsleder! Detta hem ligger utanför Alpine, som är en gata förbi Smuggler Mtn på Cooper Avenue.

Detta lyxiga privata hem ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde i närheten av den fria lokalbusslinjen som erbjuder alla fyra områdets skidfjäll: Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Kärnmjölk och Snowmass. Byggdes 2002, har detta hem 4 sovrum med privata badrum, ny AC i 3 övre sovrum, vardagsrum och matsal, stora garderober, stort garage, däck med sittplatser, media rum nere med bar, minikylskåp och diskmaskin och två stora TV . Två uppsättningar tvättmaskiner och torktumlare (en i huvudkåpan) och fyra diskmaskiner finns i lokalerna. Framsidan av huset har 4-5 lagliga parkeringsplatser utöver garage (1 mindre med tung snö). Öppet vardagsrum med stor TV, stereo, stort kök och matsal plats sex. Bars sitter ytterligare 7 personer bekvämt. Fullt utrustat kök med massor av krukor, kokkärl, redskap, bestick, tallrikar, glasögon, kryddor, diskhanddukar, små apparater och mycket mer. Dumb servitör i skafferi gör matvaror lätt att komma till köket! Rymlig skrivbord i kök med kontorsmateriel och ett halvt bad är i närheten. Stora sub-nollor, gasområde, och ugn / mikrovågsugn. Två mästare med walk in closets och en jacuzzi från huvudmästaren med Ajax Mountain Views. Alla rum har premium kabel-TV, inklusive tredje kungen rum och våningssäng rum. Bunk rum kommer sannolikt att ha en kung säng istället efter den 31 maj. Wi-Fi i hela hemmet. Extra sovande med drottning uppblåsbar tillgänglig i media rum. Hårtorkar, schampo, tvål och gott om bekvämligheter ingår. Enkel promenad till mataffär (7-8 min) och till gondolområdet (10 min). Buss körs vid slutet av Alpine Road (2 minuters promenad från huset) och Aspen har en bra taxi service och några Ubers. Kolmonoxid och branddetektor i varje sovrum. Aspen och CO skatter tillämpas nattligt för uthyrning 30 dagar eller mindre. Ett lugnt och bekvämt hem att inte sakna!

Comfort and convenience

We had a great week skiing and exploring Aspen from the house. The house is large with a great layout to provide privacy to multiple guests. Easy walk to town for dinner or skiing Aspen mountain (or taking the bus to other mountains). Very spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen for cooking as well. Can’t wait to visit again.

SPACIOUS PET FRIENDLY HOME

The hosts were super nice and the house was very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to spread out once our full house arrived. The neighborhood was a 10-15 minute walk into town with an adorable park located right behind the property. Great for pet owners. The neighbors were also super friendly and overall it was a fantastic stay. Great location, friendly owners, clean and spacious home! Would definitely recommend!

Great location to walk to town and use the red path. Close to ski resorts and xcountry skiing.

Great location. Nicely set up . Bedrooms are roomy and en-suite. Lovely. I’d only mention you have to use steps to access the main level. Lovely stay!

Wonderful home and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week family vacation in this lovely home. There was plenty of room to gather for eating and game-playing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. I was particularly happy to have a spacious 1st floor en-suite bedroom, as I was recovering from foot surgery. Many thanks for the fabulous hospitality; we hope to visit again!

Best House in Aspen

This house was perfect. 4 bedrooms each with a king bed and the host even set up air mattresses for us. Each bathroom had all the toiletries you could need. Most importantly, you can't be the location! Just a few minutes walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and gondola.

Amazing Stay in Aspen

I stayed here with a group of girls the week before my wedding in Snowmass and I cannot say enough great things about our stay and specifically about the property manager who we communicated with! They were prompt in their responses and incredibly accommodating throughout our whole stay. They even left a sweet basket for our group to celebrate the special occasion. The walk into town was a breeze and we loved this house so much! The hot tub off the primary bedroom was a nice touch! I would definitely book here again!

Fantastic home. Very luxurious with dozens of modern upgrades. Good location inside Aspen that felt secluded, even though it was near other homes. Owners had the place immaculate upon arrival, and they were also extremely responsive about planning ahead of time. It was a perfect retreat for our time in Aspen. 6-stars

Most coziest and delightful home to stay

Our stay in this wonderful, clean and delightful house was a real treat. Just like home-has everything and even more! It’s like to come to visit your mom! It tells me a lot about sweet and hospitable owners of this place. Not even mention that they always were available and caring. About two, three times in the year we visit Aspen and it been a best place that we ever stayed! Thank you ! 🤗

East Aspen

The house has a nice floor plans with the 3 main bedrooms on 2 floors and a basement with a forth bedroom and second living area. There are 2 rooms that can both be used as masters if 2 couples are renting. Nice kitchen with large table. Quiet Cul de sac east of town but walkable. Small patio in front of house with a grill. The hosts were very accessible and responsive.

2nd vacation In this wonderful house

This out second summer in Aspen and in this house. We loved it. The house is big enough for a big family or two small families. You have everything that need for cooking. The beds are súper confortables. The basement for us having pre teens was ideal, they were there having fun and the adults in the main floor. The owner left us bikes that we enjoyed everyday. Jenny and her husband are kinds hosts. Amd very responsive. We definitely are going to come back.

Wonderful home for families with different ages.

This home was perfect for us as it has many different levels, providing privacy for everyone. I had a son and his wife with an infant that stayed on the top floor in a large master suite and an additional bedroom right next door. I stayed in the master on the level with the kitchen , and my two young grandsons and their nanny stayed in the basement providing the ability for people to get up at different times and not wake other members. Comfy beds and immaculate home. The house is built solid and very quiet. There ARE many stairs and levels to get to the kitchen and up from the street so might not be right for people uncomfortable with stairs but the location was just on the edge of town with walkability into town and to the park. The hosts were wonderful and communicative. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Beautiful Place - Some issues

This one is a tough review. The place is beautiful. Very comfortable beds, fast internet, nice TVs, plenty of parking (space for 5 outback sized vehicles), well stocked kitchen, plenty of space,. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom. An unexpected bonus, if you have a Win10 device you can miracast to the TVs so you can watch Netflix/Hulu/Etc from your laptop to any of the TVs. While the place was nice, there were some issues - Oven didn't work (host let me know before getting there), one of the dishwashers had a HORRIBLE smell, half the windows don't open/shut correctly, the blinds are terrible, and there were 9 lightbulbs out. If the owner takes the time to address the issues, this place would be perfect. With that said, even with the issues, I would highly recommend staying here.

Family get together.

Great house with lots of space & entire main floor open -- lots of seating for dinners & breakfast - great, well stocked kitchen..... Two little problems -- young kids - 4 under 7 - thought they would sleep on the floor with the "air mattresses" described in the listing -- we searched high & low & never found one air mattress. That was a bit of a problem but we manages using sofa cushions to make beds for them..... it is listed as being able to sleep more than 8 but it isn't --- unless on sofa's. 2nd problem was cooking on the grill with kids starved after skiing & the tank was empty.... My son ran into town & bought another tank -- kids ate pasta. Good location -- can walk. we drove. We had a Wonderful time -- Loved the house!!! Thank you.

Roomy, open, new, modern and easy walk to town. Quiet area, little traffic if any and beautiful mountain views and hiking. East End Trail is across the street, a beautiful walk that leads to a nature preserve where the "Beach" is located!

Quiet neighborhood with nice next door neighbors. Grocery store is very close with a large parking lot. Easy to walk to town, then choose how you get back home-by walking, driving, bus, taxi or uber!
