Vackert hem i Aspen, 12 minuters promenad till gondolen! Busservice vid slutet av gatan, lugnt grannskap med parken bakom den. Parken har lekplats, picknickområde, fontän, damm och vandringsleder! Detta hem ligger utanför Alpine, som är en gata förbi Smuggler Mtn på Cooper Avenue.

Detta lyxiga privata hem ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde i närheten av den fria lokalbusslinjen som erbjuder alla fyra områdets skidfjäll: Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Kärnmjölk och Snowmass. Byggdes 2002, har detta hem 4 sovrum med privata badrum, ny AC i 3 övre sovrum, vardagsrum och matsal, stora garderober, stort garage, däck med sittplatser, media rum nere med bar, minikylskåp och diskmaskin och två stora TV . Två uppsättningar tvättmaskiner och torktumlare (en i huvudkåpan) och fyra diskmaskiner finns i lokalerna. Framsidan av huset har 4-5 lagliga parkeringsplatser utöver garage (1 mindre med tung snö). Öppet vardagsrum med stor TV, stereo, stort kök och matsal plats sex. Bars sitter ytterligare 7 personer bekvämt. Fullt utrustat kök med massor av krukor, kokkärl, redskap, bestick, tallrikar, glasögon, kryddor, diskhanddukar, små apparater och mycket mer. Dumb servitör i skafferi gör matvaror lätt att komma till köket! Rymlig skrivbord i kök med kontorsmateriel och ett halvt bad är i närheten. Stora sub-nollor, gasområde, och ugn / mikrovågsugn. Två mästare med walk in closets och en jacuzzi från huvudmästaren med Ajax Mountain Views. Alla rum har premium kabel-TV, inklusive tredje kungen rum och våningssäng rum. Bunk rum kommer sannolikt att ha en kung säng istället efter den 31 maj. Wi-Fi i hela hemmet. Extra sovande med drottning uppblåsbar tillgänglig i media rum. Hårtorkar, schampo, tvål och gott om bekvämligheter ingår. Enkel promenad till mataffär (7-8 min) och till gondolområdet (10 min). Buss körs vid slutet av Alpine Road (2 minuters promenad från huset) och Aspen har en bra taxi service och några Ubers. Kolmonoxid och branddetektor i varje sovrum. Great location, in need of updates and cleaning

We rented this home for a bachelorette weekend. What was great:-communication beforehand-lots of spaceWhat was not so great:-rental is in need of updating and repairs. The ceiling was peeling in the living room, some linens felt mismatched and worn. -cleanliness: not terrible, but not great-access to the unit was tricky. We were told there was a hidden key, but there was no key, despite messaging with manager. We were able to get in via the garage.

Comfort and convenience

We had a great week skiing and exploring Aspen from the house. The house is large with a great layout to provide privacy to multiple guests. Easy walk to town for dinner or skiing Aspen mountain (or taking the bus to other mountains). Very spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen for cooking as well. Can’t wait to visit again.

SPACIOUS PET FRIENDLY HOME

The hosts were super nice and the house was very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to spread out once our full house arrived. The neighborhood was a 10-15 minute walk into town with an adorable park located right behind the property. Great for pet owners. The neighbors were also super friendly and overall it was a fantastic stay. Great location, friendly owners, clean and spacious home! Would definitely recommend!

Most coziest and delightful home to stay

Our stay in this wonderful, clean and delightful house was a real treat. Just like home-has everything and even more! It’s like to come to visit your mom! It tells me a lot about sweet and hospitable owners of this place. Not even mention that they always were available and caring. Wonderful home for families with different ages.

This home was perfect for us as it has many different levels, providing privacy for everyone. I had a son and his wife with an infant that stayed on the top floor in a large master suite and an additional bedroom right next door. I stayed in the master on the level with the kitchen , and my two young grandsons and their nanny stayed in the basement providing the ability for people to get up at different times and not wake other members. Comfy beds and immaculate home. The house is built solid and very quiet. There ARE many stairs and levels to get to the kitchen and up from the street so might not be right for people uncomfortable with stairs but the location was just on the edge of town with walkability into town and to the park. The hosts were wonderful and communicative. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Amazing Stay in Aspen

I stayed here with a group of girls the week before my wedding in Snowmass and I cannot say enough great things about our stay and specifically about the property manager who we communicated with! They were prompt in their responses and incredibly accommodating throughout our whole stay. They even left a sweet basket for our group to celebrate the special occasion. The walk into town was a breeze and we loved this house so much! The hot tub off the primary bedroom was a nice touch! I would definitely book here again!

Best House in Aspen

This house was perfect. 4 bedrooms each with a king bed and the host even set up air mattresses for us. Each bathroom had all the toiletries you could need. Most importantly, you can't be the location! Just a few minutes walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and gondola.

The best of Aspen

Jen and Rob were awesome hosts! They were thoughtful, kind and responsive through every step of the process. Their house is located a very short walk from all the pleasures of down town Aspen, and flat a short walk from the base of Ajax. One day we also took the bus to Buttermilk for some of our beginning skiers which was very easy. The hot tub was located on the porch and had an awesome view. Each room was situated with a king bed and fireplace, and the kitchen was a chef's dream. This was the ultimate Aspen girls trip, we spent our days on the mountain, cooked at home, hot tubbed and read, and had a couple nice dinners out. Specifically for our group of young professionals this made Aspen a very affordable experience. Thanks again for hosting, Jenny and Rob! I would go back in heart beat.

Wonderful home and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week family vacation in this lovely home. There was plenty of room to gather for eating and game-playing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. I was particularly happy to have a spacious 1st floor en-suite bedroom, as I was recovering from foot surgery. Many thanks for the fabulous hospitality; we hope to visit again!

Roomy, open, new, modern and easy walk to town. Quiet area, little traffic if any and beautiful mountain views and hiking. East End Trail is across the street, a beautiful walk that leads to a nature preserve where the "Beach" is located!

Quiet neighborhood with nice next door neighbors. Grocery store is very close with a large parking lot. Easy to walk to town, then choose how you get back home-by walking, driving, bus, taxi or uber!
