We had a wonderful stay at Jenn’s condo! The property and the amenities are excellent and as presented in the listing. My family enjoyed fishing, swimming and just relaxing on the porch. The views are great, the property is quiet and Jenn ensured that we had everything we needed. Her replies were within minutes and the condo is very well organized. Thank you!

The condo was very clean and pet friendly. It definitely lived up to our expectations and actually surpassed them. The host quickly responded to our questions and requests. I highly recommend staying at this property when you are in Montgomery.

I’m so happy to hear your boys loved the game room and you enjoyed the location close to the lake. I’m disappointed we didn’t meet your expectations with a 10 star review, especially after getting a text at midnight when you checked in to tell me there were a few hairs in the bathroom which I quickly apologized, refunded some money and asked if you wanted cleaners to come the next morning. The extra free cleaning was denied and I really went above and beyond during your stay to make sure your family had an excellent experience.

The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The Fussball table and the arcade game upstairs add to a relaxing and wholesome family outing. The community, the condo is situated in, is also very well kept and appears to be very safe.Oh, and the beds and provided bedding are very comfortable.Only thing I would add, but that is just a really minor thing: maybe a map of the whole development, pointing out where points of interest (i.e. lake access etc.) are, so on short stays you don’t waste too much time exploring. Again, minuscule addition. We loved it there!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very well maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was an inviting space that felt very comfortable. The host thoughtfully provided just about everything we could need, including kitchen essentials, coffee, sugar, cookware, cutting boards, and even toiletries such as toothbrushes. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, making it easy to relax. One of our favorite features was the balcony view of the lake, which added to the overall experience. Families will also appreciate the variety of games available for kids.Overall, this was a well-equipped, comfortable, and appealing place to stay.

If I could give Jenn 6 stars I would! Not only was her property spectacular, she was a fantastic attentive host with great communication. We loved the proximity to the lake and watching the sunrise and birds each morning. Our whole family kids and pets included felt very comfortable in the condo. Parking was ample and access was a breeze. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We loved the games and books in the loft. We also enjoyed the pool and were so grateful that beach towels were available! Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Hey Y’all,
My family and I are so excited to host you in our new lakeside condo! Our first visit to Lake Conroe was in March 2024 and we loved it so much we decided to buy a lakeside condo to share with friends and family who come to visit. My family enjoys golfing, swimming, fishing, boating and playing pickleball here in the April Sound community. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
