This stylish 1BR/1BA condo features an adjustable king bed, fully equipped kitchen, spa-like bath, and HVAC with heat for cozy winter comfort. Relax by the heated pool, dock your boat at the 40â slip, or enjoy kayaks and gamesâperfect for a long-stay or snowbird getaway in Marathon.
Your stay at Reel Hip is designed to be as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
Self-Check-In: Guests will receive a personalized door code within 24 hours of their arrival, allowing for seamless self-access to the unit.
Host Availability: While I donât meet guests on-site, Iâm always just a message away. Feel free to reach out via text or email with any questions, concerns, or special requests during your stay.

Coco Plum is a laid back island and while we are experiencing growth and new developments, there is luckily no through traffic. Coco Plum is conveniently situated in Marathon, FL. Most of Coco Plum has sidewalks and our place is just a short distance to Coco Plum Beach. There is also a convenience store (with bait and sandwiches) as well as a gas station at the entrance to Coco Plum, a boaters dream. Our on site boat ramp and trailer parking makes our nightly rate a dream, as you avoid the city of Marathon's launch AND retrieve fees, daily parking fees, and congestion. Boating to the Atlantic Ocean is a beautiful and easy ride. By water you can boat to popular sandbars off of Curry Hammock State Park, Sombrero Light House, several restaurants. The 7 mile bridge and Bahia Honda State Park are also a great little boat ride away (maps provided). No boat? No problem, we have local boat rentals, charters, or excursions near by. Coco Plum is conveniently located about equidistant to both Key West (53 miles) and Key Largo (46 miles).
As a guest of Reel Hip, you'll enjoy private access to the entire unit, comfortably accommodating up to 4 registered guests. Here's what your stay includes:

Exclusive use of boat slip #4 during your stay.
*If you are brining a boat, please disclose at time of your booking. You will be required to provide proof of boat registration and boat insurance within 1 week of your arrival. The Gate code and access to the onsite boat ramp will not be provided and the privilege to dock your personal watercraft in the marina/boat slip shall not be permitted without proof of boat registration and boat insurance.
