First floor is 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds and seating area), 2nd bedroom is a queen bed. Lower level rooms have tv's. Open layout kitchen, dining and living area. Perfect for a variety of sleeping arrangements and hanging with friends and family. 8 beds and 2 couches.
Near Skiing, Vineyards, Backyard Hiking, Fishing, ATV trails, Lakes, River Rafting and all of your Mountain Amenities.
With BBQ, WiFi, AC, heating, a large deck and flat backyard with fire pit where guests can stay connected, comfortable and enjoy nature. Multiple tall tree tops including Cedar, Sugar Pines, Madrones and Dogwood encompass the property.
The two bathrooms offer showers, a bath tub and bidet for added convenience. Plus, an office nook (2nd floor) and additional living spaces with several sofas, add'l pillow/pad for child to sleep on the floor in the bunk beds room, and the amazing Zero Gravity Green Chair to relax after an active day.

We love this house and raised our kids here. We don't utilize it enough and are happy to share it and make more great memories.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
It's one of the last streets still 'on the grid' with water and emergency services. Very convenient location close to many outdoor activities and surrounded by natural beauty.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our neighbors are friendly and have collectively 80+ acres. It's in the forest, near Stanislaus, El Dorado, Mt. Zion, and less then 90 mins to S. Lake Tahoe.
We get snow every winter and are at 3500 ft. altitude.
29 miles to Kirkwood ski resort for downhill skiing/boarding.
