Escape to a charming, brand new, 6-bedroom house in South Haven; located just 4 miles from downtown and the beautiful public beaches. You will love the heated, in ground pool (16x32), fire pit, and deck; all on a private, wooded, 2 acre setting. The yard is very large with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy friends and family. Boasting 3 king beds and 3 queen beds, this wonderful property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, AC, washer and dryer and gas grill. All 4 bathrooms feature both showers and bathtub combinations for added convenience.

The main floor of the home has a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, walk-in pantry and plenty of workspace. The kitchen, dining, and living area encompasses a large space, making a great place to hang out with your guests. The dining room table accommodates 8 people, and the snack bar has 2 bar stools. The living room has two large couches and a 75" smart tv. The main floor also includes a full bath and queen size bedroom.

The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master, king size suite, highlights a walk-in closet, full bath with dual vanities and a beautiful view of pool and backyard. An additional king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms complete the sleep accommodations on the top floor. The additional full bath upstairs has a dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The laundry room is also located at this top floor.

The basement has three large windows with plenty of natural light. You will love the rec room with two couches, ping pong table and a 75" smart tv. The basement includes another full bath and a king-sized bedroom.

The 16x16 deck is a great place to hang out, overlooking the great view of the heated pool and beautiful backyard. Just off the deck, you will find a gas grill and awesome fire pit. The heated pool has lounge chairs, umbrella and additional seating to enjoy your beautiful surroundings.
