Två master sviter, två tvättstugor och en privat pool är bara några saker du kommer att älska med det här huset! Sova finns på 2 våningar, med master sovrum ligger på båda nivåerna. En privat bifogad svårighetssvit ligger ovanför garaget komplett med halvt badrum. Detta hem är bekvämt beläget 2 kvarter från South Beach och 5 kvarter från centrala South Haven.

Our stay at this property (August 29 – September 1) was unfortunately very unpleasant due to the condition of the property and lack of support from Beachwalk Properties. From the start, we encountered a strong sewer backup odor that persisted and worsened throughout the weekend, along with noticeable mold and mildew smells.We promptly reported the issue several times, yet Beachwalk was often unresponsive. On two occasions, we were even asked to leave the property so staff could attempt repairs, but the odor never improved. Ultimately, staff on site admitted that while roots had been cleared from the system, the basement had not been properly remediated—leaving the home in an uncomfortable state for guests.Beachwalk told us there was nothing more they could do and no alternative properties available for our group. Despite the disruption and poor conditions, they declined any compensation and, in our experience, treated us dismissively.We would not rent from Beachwalk Properties again and caution others to proceed carefully.

Worth every penny

We had the best time with our friends and our children ages 7 mo., 1, 2, and 2.5. This home is perfect for children of any age. The front porch and pool were great entertainment for the littles and it was nice to have places to hang outside during nap time. Beach and splash pad were just a short walk away!

Great family week

Perfect location for a week with our kids and grandkids. We had 8 adults and 4 kids ages 1-4. The house had a great space for everyone. The kids play park was a short walk and was visited often. The pool and the garage hangout area was perfect for playing and watching the end of the Olympics! The walk to the end of the street for sunset was quick. Town was nearby and close enough to walk to as well! The beach was also in perfect proximity - drive or walk and was just beautiful! One of my favs was the front porch! The kids could be out there with me and were gated in, so they were safe and could run and play or I could sneak out on my own for some peace!! Made lots of memories!

Very Nice Vacation

The property was in a great location. Easy to get to beach, kids playground, and the town. Very clean and plenty of room. Great having a pool on property, and a game room. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

This was our 5th time staying in this town but our first at this location!! Love the location could walk everywhere!! Love how it was so close to the beach and restaurants!! Would highly recommend this place!!

Makin' Memories

What a perfect place to make memories for our family. The house was so well equipped, so close to town, the beach, the playground. We hung out by the pool and enjoyed each other's company. The sleeping accommodations were just right. Each adult couple had their own room, the kids theirs and we were all able to be together in both the dining room and the family room. We highly recommend this!

The property was very nice . Outside had great curb appeal. Bedrooms were nice and roomy. They have a lot of rules which is fine but they need to go by the rules also,. The main reason of renting the home was that there was a pool. The pool was broken and we were able to go in but it wasn't that pleasant. The heater wasn't working , the water level was low and it seemed like the filter wasn't working. Someone did come out to check it out after we called to ask what was the problem with the pool. They did not call us to tell us of the broken pool. When they came out they said that the pool service was there in the morning and the previous renter broke it. This isn't a low priced rental and everything should be in working order especially since they knew about it. So we didn't use the pool that much . which was disappointing.

Great South Haven Getaway

Enjoyed our stay on Clinton street and would rent this house again - two families of 5 + grandparents. Great location - walkable to town, beach, killer playground - on quiet street with nice porch. Spent most of the time at the beach but nice to have a small splash pool especially for the kids (ranging in age from 2 - 14). A little tight for 6 adults + 6 kids but nothing to complain about. Cooked in most nights and kitchen was workable and had everything we needed. Have rented many homes along the Lake Michigan shore and this was great value.

1. Broken grill - It had not been cleaned for ages apparently and Essentially caught fire. Not usable the whole time. The neighbors almost called the fire department for all the smoke. 2. Broken dishwasher. No one was able to replace it or fix it throughout the entire trip. We washed dishes the entire time 3. ant infestation around the pool and first floor, even the bedrooms. 4. Manager with terrible customer service skills. I won’t stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property was great for our adult children and grandchildren to spend a week with my wife and I. Convenient location to town and to the beach as well as walking distance to a nice playground for the grandkids. The garage even had a couple of games that we played as well, shuffleboard and the video game machine was an added bonus as well. I would recommend this property to anyone with families as we had the access to the beach and then the pool to enjoy as well.

Wonderful Property With Tons of Amenities

Took our first full family vacation to South Haven. Total of 11 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. The home is in a great location close to the beach and downtown. The pool and game room is where we spent a lot of our time while we were at the property. We had a great time and would return to this property again.

Vacation stay

It was very nice . It needs to have more cookware such as a few more pots and pans . We cooked a lot and there were only a few options. No broom or mop to sweep with. Other than that it was very nice!

This is the perfect SoHa rental!

We rented Clinton St for a week with our best friends. There were 10 of us. It was a perfect size, layout,location. Beautiful home. The icing on the cake here is the pool! We felt so lucky to have it. After a hot day on the beach or in the evening after dinner it was fabulous. I will never rent another place in SoHa and we have been going there for years. I’m sold on this property and you will be too! I can’t wait to go back there again

Clean!! & More than what you need!

My family and I rent throughout the US. Very impressed with the company that manages this property. Very clean and that's saying a LOT coming from someome that is OCD when it comes to cleanliness. We also appreciated the spices leftover for future renters!! We'll be back for sure!!!

Family weekend

House was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Size was perfect for 8 adults and 3 kids. Everyone loved the pool and garage set up. Extra touches like pool toys, shuffleboard and wagon with beach chairs were much appreciated. With our small children we also appreciated that the pool was only accessible via an auto-close gate they could not open. Easy walk to beach, town and kids corner park. Front porch was also great for morning coffee and afternoon glass of wine. We loved it! Thanks so much.
