The place was not clean Bath room was grosss hair in tub and floor Sheets were dirty had to wash them Coffee maker had to clean Power went out Toilet was dirty Just wasn’t a good stay Owner took his time to contact me I requested my cleaning fee back since we had to do all that cleaning when we got there if not a full refund would be nice Im not a happy customer

Perfect for our purpose

We had extra guests for a birthday party and needed accommodations. The condo was perfect. It was exceptionally clean. Bijay was easy to communicate with. We would certainly book this condo again.

Nice location.

Good location for Bass Lake and Yosemite. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a pool for our 11 year old grandson after a long day in the car. Just stayed overnight so I appreciated not having to pay a lot of extra fees like some rentals.

Terribly inaccurate listing - 5-6 people cannot stay here unless they're going to sleep on the couch

We had a terrible experience here with the host's inaccurate listing and VRBO's inadequate response. When we booked this property, it said it had two queen beds in one room, two double beds in the second, and a twin sleeper sofa. It said it slept up to 6 people. To his credit, communication with the host before we got there was great. He even went out of his way to let us check in early, which I really appreciated. However, when we got there, we discovered that the listing was totally inaccurate. There were only two queen beds in the house, and there was no sleeper sofa - just a regular sectional. When we contacted the host because we had 5 people and had at least expected the sleeper sofa, he said "well she can sleep on the couch." My 73 year old MIL was *not* able to sleep well on the couch. He didn't offer any other solution, so we contacted VRBO, who were only willing to offer us a small portion of our money back. We had asked for enough money to put my MIL up in a hotel for two nights, but b/c it's high season near Yosemite virtually nothing was available or affordable. So my MIL just stuck it out, which put a damper on our trip in addition to getting to the park late from having to fight with VRBO, which was a terrible experience as well. Aside from that, the house was clean, but poorly stocked. Not enough towels, bowls, pots; no toiletries or hair dryer; the pool/hot tub is mobbed by mosquitoes; and one bed was very hard. No instructions left for WIFI or pool access.

The host was responsive and we had a good stay. The apartment was clean. The air conditioning and fire place worked great! A couple of things that need to be fixed - the bathrooms were not stocked and one of the taps did not have cold water at all.

We had a great stay in bass lake. Our family used the condo as a base camp for visiting Yosemite which was about 40 minutes away. The condo was clean and cozy, perfect for our stay. Our host was very quick to respond when we had any questions. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the condo was not as well stocked as it could have been with towels, kitchen items and cutlery. Also note that each bedroom has one queen bed in it. We would stay again if we’re in the area. Thank you for a good stay.
