First Time in Gatlinburg

We live in Houston and wanted to spend new years in the mountain. We have never been to Gatlinburg and we were able to find this great property that met all of our requests. Great privacy, not too far from all the action but far enough, awesome renovations, and even subtle conveniences that surprised us! Cabin was super clean, super nice and Eva, the owner, let in touch the entire time. Will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Eva-Marie!

A Peaceful Getaway in the Heart of the Smoky Mountains

Our stay at this hill-facing cabin in the Smoky Mountains was nothing short of magical. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the cabin offered a peaceful retreat surrounded by breathtaking views and nature at its best.The cabin was immaculate—clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the biggest highlights for our family was the game room, which the kids absolutely loved! It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the mountains.The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. From booking to check-out, their communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful.If you’re looking for a serene, family-friendly getaway in the Smokies, this cabin is a gem. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Stacey, though we appreciate you taking the time to review our property, we're disappointed that you didn't bother to include any comments so we could know how to improve and so that our future guests could understand your ranking. This is quite unhelpful to all of us, frankly. In terms of your stay, we had great communication throughout. You had an issue with the grill not heating up and didn't know you had to turn the tank on for the fire table. Both of these issues were addressed and we offered compensation even though the issue was a result of user error. It's unfortunate that these things impacted your stay so significantly, even though you agreed we "made things right." As I told you, we aim for 5* stays each and every time. Unfortunately, there are issues from time to time but we make every effort to fix them as soon as possible (as we did in your case).
