Fully furnished. JJ's Place at Sparkle House in is private and one of 3 total on an acre of land. Strong wifi, office, and peace and quiet make this a great place to work from home. Features include: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, heat and air conditioning, private entrance, bath and bed linens, two private decks, jacuzzi tub, blackout curtains in bedrooms, TV, private laundry, and several shared spaces such as a community deck with BBQ and fire pit, and a lounge space.
The property manager lives on site and the private entrance is accessible via digital lock. There is room for parking of one car on the property, and limited street parking. All utilities included. Pets welcome on a case by case basis.

The proprietors of Sparkle House are Aunt and Niece duo, Shannon and Jamie. We are both native Californians. We love being a host becasue we love making people feel welcome, creating an inviting space, and introducing them to the wonderful community of Sebastopol.

We love Sebastopol for its country vibe, wine scene, vibrant downtown and events, and great restaurants. Its "down home" wine country, quirky, and authentic.

Unique to this place is a sense of community with privacy. Expansive views of old growth oaks and redwood trees in the back yard. And great location: only 6 minutes to town and 30 minutes to the coast.
