Cozy studio in good location with lts of restaurants near by. Clean, well appointed, good communication with host. It was great for a week of meetings in the city. Excellent WiFi and everything in great workibf order. Bed was very comfortable.

Didn’t end up staying at this particular location due to plumbing issues. However, the alternative lodging provided was great and a couple minute walk from grand central station so it made traveling throughout the city a breeze. Easy check in and check out.

Excellent location and just like the photos

I had an excellent stay. The apartment is just like the photos—perfect for one or two people. The location is great: close to everything and very well connected by public transport. Check-in was super smooth and hassle-free. Overall, everything was perfect. Thank you for hosting us!

An absolute perfect location! So many great restaurants in easy walking distance. Subway is very close to travel. I was taking the express line which is located in time square and took less than 10 minutes to walk to for me to head to the upper west side and museum. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to explore the NYC experience and there’s plenty to do and see around time square. Has everything you need, very clean and easy access! I look forward to staying here again my next trip as long as availability is there.

Great Location

the one we stayed at was near police station , very clean and quiet only a cpl blocks from Macys only thing we had an issue with 1st day was the stairs we were on 3rd floor and no elevator other than that it was an awsome place

Not chic, but did the job

Two week stay while seeing the sights. Shabby second story walk up and not many updates have been made to the place in years, but the WiFi and plumbing worked and the window air conditioner kept the place cool in the hot weather. It was nothing fancy, but a good location, close to Hudson Yards and Times Square

Dark, dingy and noisy

Don’t stay here unless you only expect a basic place to lay your head at night. The walls are paper thin so if you have a noisy neighbour it is terrible. The window is filthy and there were no tea towels in the kitchen. I had to send a lot of messages just to get the Wifi password. It is also not at all close to Times Square and no lift so don’t take heavy luggage.
