There is a keypad lock, and a code will be created to start access upon checking day at 4 pm, and will expire on check out date at 11 am.

No unauthorized guests are allowed.

No smoking.

No parties.

We will eventually add a pool heater, and heating the pool will be exclusively per request, and additional fee will be charged to help with the cost of running the heater and heating it up between 75-90 as agreed prior.
