An extremely comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home perched above Aspinwall, PA. Clean fresh linens and beds. Two large TVs and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything you need for a great stay in Pittsburgh! Please note parking is limited, and outside there is some highway noise. But it’s always bright, quiet and rather peaceful inside.

The entire living space is yours to use, including the front deck which sits up high away from the street below.

Arrival requires ascending a set of stairs outside, and two of the 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the home.
Guests are required to book honestly and accurately. Unaccounted guests will be charged $50 extra per person per night or asked to leave.

Smoking in, on or around our properties is prohibited.

All food items should be taken with you or discarded.

Dishes must be washed or run through dishwasher. Dirty dishes left will incur extra cleaning fees, as it costs us more $.
