Welcome to Our Coastal Getaway!
Hi there! Weâre Licia and Werner, a married couple of over 60 wonderful years, originally from Brazil and long-time residents of upstate New York. Our condo has been a cherished part of our family for many years, and we are only the second owners of this very special place.
This home holds countless memories, from celebrating our 50th anniversary here to hosting joyful family gatherings with our three children and eight grandchildren. Our children now live across the countryâin Pennsylvania, Washington State, and Californiaâmaking the condo a perfect gathering spot for us all.
We love spending time walking on the beach, playing volleyball, tennis, and pickleball, and soaking in the beauty of this incredible area.
The condo has recently been remodeled to include a brand-new kitchen with improved visibility of the breathtaking views from the kitchen, living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Itâs the perfect place to relax and feel at home.
As we are new to VRBO, weâd be happy to provide references from previous guests whoâve stayed with us over the years. We welcome stays of a month or longer to ensure our guests truly feel this is their home away from home.
