We had a fabulous stay at Seacrest Beach on 30A! Our family had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. The beachfront location was amazing, and having two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.We especially loved starting our mornings with long walks along the beach and taking the included bikes into Alys Beach for coffee and croissants at Fonville Press. We also enjoyed biking and exploring the area, along with shopping in nearby Rosemary Beach.The townhome was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family of six. Having the extra space and all the amenities we needed made it feel like a true home away from home. Between the beautiful beachfront setting, included beach setup and bikes, and convenient location, this was the perfect spot for our family getaway. We can't wait to return!

Amazing view from upper balcony and amazing location right on the beach. Loved listening to the waves every night. Bed was very cozy and comfortable. Host responded quickly to questions. Beach chairs, umbrella and bikes included with the property are a plus!

Great location and condo.

We will come back! We love staying on 30A right on the beach and the location was great! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Booking, checking in and checking out was a breeze.

Everything as expected, very clean. Just need a couple of extra blankets and larger skillet for cooking other than that was great!!

Excellent, would highly recommend

Everything was excellent during our stay!! We did have some difficulty with the outdoor grill. It didn't work great for cooking some meals. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic and we will definitely be back!

Gorgeous views. Beautiful sunsets. Condo was clean. Mgmt was responsive. Condo interior is dated. The primary shower leaked down to the kitchen a few nights before checkout.

The grassy backyard was ideal for the dogs and the access to the beach was great! The furniture could use some updating plus the current furniture is not very comfortable. The dishwasher didn’t work plus the back sliding door lock doesn’t work. Also, the front glass door doesn’t latch or lock. These things need to be fixed for the safety of your guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful Stay at Seacrest 8

We recently stayed at Seacrest 8 in Seacrest, Florida, and while the experience was overall fantastic, there are a few things worth noting.First, the location is absolutely perfect! The condo is located right on the beach, with stunning, uninterrupted views of the Gulf. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking views from the balcony made the stay unforgettable. Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or just a relaxing afternoon on the deck, the beach access and views were truly the highlight of the stay.As for the condo itself, the interior is a bit dated compared to some of the newer properties in the area. While it’s still clean and functional, it could use some updating in terms of decor and furnishings. The living area felt a little empty with the one couch, and some of the appliances were on the older side. However, the space was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were clean, if not the most modern.The bedrooms were spacious, though the furniture did feel a bit dated, and the beds were extremely comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, while the interior might not be the most stylish, it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, as the proximity to the beach and those incredible views really made up for it.The main perk of staying at Seacrest 8 is the easy beach access, which is just a few steps from the condo.Will stay again. 4.7/5
