Seacrest Townhome # 6 är en vacker, två våningar stadsbostad, som sitter direkt på golfen. Varje våning har en veranda som vetter mot bukten för den avkopplande koppen kaffe, tittar på soluppgången på morgonen och den romantiska solnedgången på natten. Detta radhus är husdjursvänligt, vilket innebär att hela familjen kan komma ner för att njuta av den vackra Mexikanska golfen. Uppdaterad våren 2018 för att inkludera en ny bäddsoffa, ny inredning, nya madrasser, TV-apparater till alla sovrum och mycket mer.

Den första våningen har ett fullt utrustat kök och ett rymligt vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Medan du kopplar av i vardagsrummet eller lagar mat i köket, öppna gardinerna och du får en fantastisk utsikt över de vita sandstränderna och turkosvattnet. Den andra våningen har en queen size-säng i ett sovrum med utsikt över 30A, medan den andra har en king size-säng och en veranda med utsikt över det vackra havet.

Seacrest Townhome ligger längs 30A och ligger mellan Rosemary Beach och Seaside, vilket innebär att du har lyx att promenera eller cykla till någon av de charmiga köpcentrumen. Du kan koppla av på våra underbara vita sandstränder under dagen och njuta av nattlivet och shopping på kvällen.

Amazing trip!

Beautiful View!

This property was everything that it said it was. With gorgeous views of the Gulf right out of the back door. We had our small dog with us and there was just enough grass out of the back door for her to do her business (yes we always clean up after her). The property manager responded right away and rapidly rectified anything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Beach Time is all the time

Relaxing Family Vacation

We were in town celebrating our son's high school graduation on 30A, his favorite vacation destination. We have been to this area multiple times, but this location is by far the best! The sand was just a short walk down the steps and we saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of other marine life while we were here. We enjoyed riding bikes and It was great & we will be back ~ We love the emerald coast!

Outstanding vacation!

We had a fabulous week at Seacrest 6. The location is wonderful - right on the beach! The stairs down to the beach were manageable. Many restaurants nearby and such a beautiful beach! We loved that it was not overcrowded. The views from the unit are breathtaking. Easy parking at the front door and in a nice, walkable area. It was great that we were able to bring our dog. We look forward to visiting again!

Location, location, location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is a bit dated but the amazing views and location directly on the water more than made up for it. We spent our days on the gorgeous beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our patio. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night. Seacrest Beach is convenient to restaurants in both the Rosemary Beach and Seaside communities. Do be prepared for a long walk down many steps to the beach - but once you are there, it's wonderful!

Beautiful views, small community and not crowded.

We had a wonderful stay for my 50th birthday. The views were fantastic as well as the amenities! Close to so many restaurants and the sunsets are to-die-for! Communication was fantastic and we didn't need anything. Thank you for having us and our Shih-Tzu Oliver loved having his own room. lol!!

Perfect beachfront location

The private beach is what this place is all about. No mad rush to the beach at 6am to drop chairs and umbrellas for a 5x5 plot of sand like the public beaches. Here you can relax and know you always have your spot. The condo itself is nicely updated and clean. The patio off the master BR is incredible for sunny lounging and the downstairs patio great for a mix of sun/shade. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, etc but bring all your own seasonings. Overall great experience and would book it again.

Good, wish it was great.

Awesome location! Nice condo layout. Loved the complex. We stayed here b/c they allowed dogs. But prior reviews are accurate, cleanliness issues. 3 roaches during our 5 day stay. Tile floor throughout, that left socks & feet black. Sticker on the AC, don't put below 70 or it freezes and you'll be charged (glad we were there in the winter). We were confused at check-in on the door, tried calling for help, NO after-hours number given prior to check-in. Left message & sent text, never got call back till the morning, luckily we figured out our issue. Prior tenants dumped ashes in the patio area. Would consider staying again if we new things were cleaner & updated.

Excellent townhome

Beautiful views, convenient to shops and grocery. Right on the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Nice quiet location. Great for family time. Perfect for us!

Seacrest 6 was perfect for us! It's just my husband and I, with our furry son, so we don't need anything incredibly large (many of the 30A locations seem to be big or not pet-friendly). Anyway, the condo was perfect for what we were looking for and had plenty of the needed amenities. If you're looking for high-end finishes (granite counter tops and such) this may not be what you're looking for, but it was very clean, very comfortable, very very pleasant and easy management company, and exactly what we were looking for! Can't wait to come back!! Thank you for providing such a clean, easy to stay "home" for the week!

The one Pro did not offset the many Cons

The Pro is the location and direct access to the beach. That’s the only Pro. The unit is listed as “newly renovated” but that really means everything was just painted white. There is zero character or charm to this unit. Very plain bathroom fixtures and lighting throughout. This unit was updated for maximum profit to the owners. Previous reviews noting the shabbiness of furniture were correct. The den sofas have not one (aka ZERO) throw pillows. The fabric was rough and seemed dirty. We covered them with our extra beach towels to hide the look and make us more comfortable to sit on them. I’m glad we had perfect weather as I can’t imagine staying in this unit all day on a rainy day. The most disappointing part of our experience was the check in. The unit was not occupied the day before our arrival so was already cleaned. We inquired as to an early arrival (2 pm instead of 4 pm.). Although the unit was cleaned and ready for us Paradise said we could only enter early for an additional 100 fee plus tax. We declined. We attempted to enter at 4:07 and door code didn’t work. We had to call to have it reset. The day before checkout, we were reminded that check out was 10:00 am. Paradise asked us to let them know if we left early! We did leave early but I didn’t tell them as I feared there would be a 100 fee (plus tax) to depart early. :) Honestly Paradise is all about maximizing their profits and not making the guests feel welcome. I won’t rent from them ever again.

Below Average

This property needs a lot of updating. The wifi/internet was very slow. We also had issues with the cable. We did have to call the property manager a few times due to a few issues - kitchen sink leak that had been there awhile, cleaning behind the beside table, dirty ceiling fans and the sliding door not locking. We never did receive the gate code for the beach entrance.

Fabulous Condo with breathtaking views!!

This condo was perfectly located just minutes from all of the popular locations! It was the best of all worlds in that we had a private beach, a yard and balconies to relax in, as well as incredibly kind owners and renters to engage with. It was beautifully renovated with all amenities right at our fingertips so basically all we had to do was show up and stock the fridge with what was needed!! With the beach being right out our door there was never a rush to get ready and pack for the beach. This made for an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable time!!! We will DEF be back!! Wonderful Experience

My mother and I spent Christmas 2012 here and we couldn't have had a better experience. This was our first time renting a condo and it couldn't have gone smoother. We had a wonderful time. What you see is what you get. The condo was clean/tidy and very well equipped. The location is another plus. You are right in the middle of two great communities. I think our favorite thing about the condo is that the beach is right in your back yard! It's very convenient to access. We did have one issue with the smoke alarm on our last day however. The battery was beginning to give out, but the owner quickly arrived after we had called and fixed the issue. We couldn't have asked for better service or a home to spend our Christmas holiday in. You won't regret choosing to stay here I can guarantee that! I do hope that my mother and I are able to visit again soon!
