As you enter the condo, the first room you'll come across is the fully-equipped galley kitchen. This kitchen is packed with everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. It has modern appliances and a breakfast bar, it is the perfect space to cook and socialize with family or friends. From the kitchen, you can see into the living room and dining area, making it easy to stay connected while you're cooking or enjoying a meal.

The living room is a cozy-space designed for relaxation. It features a large sofa, two armchairs, and a large flat screen TV. The glass patio door fills the room with natural light and leads out to the outdoor screened-in balcony/patio, On the balcony, you'll find a table and 4 chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom, perfect for children or additional guests, has 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom also has a tub/shower combo.

This unit is close to local dining, Lovers Key and is located in the heart of the triangle between Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, and Naples.

While this unit does not have an in-unit washer/dryer, you'll have access to a laundry room down the hall with machines that operate on quarters.

Please note, at this time the pool is not open and construction is ongoing. However, the condo's prime beachfront location more than makes up for any temporary inconveniences!
