Welcome to our 4 bedroom home golf course getaway!

Escape to your own private oasis in this stunning 4-bedroom home nestled on a picturesque golf course. Perfect for families and groups, this home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and recreation.

Step into a spacious and thoughtfully decorated living area that serves as the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

The four bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. With comfortable bedding and ample storage space, you'll feel right at home.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- The master bedroom has a very comfortable, queen sized bed, with an ensuite bathroom that leads out to the pool area.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen mattress
- Bedroom 3 has a queen mattress
- Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed that is a "full" on the bottom and twin size on the top.
-Living room includes a sofa that pulls out and up into a bed for needed extra space. (Please let us know if you may need this so we can leave you sheets and a quilt)

The 3 well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience for not only the master room, but the ensuite for the bunk bed room and another full bathroom for the Jack and Jill rooms on the left side of the house.

Take advantage of Florida's sunshine in our private backyard! The backyard is a delightful extension of our home.

- 4 Adirondack chairs
- Fire pit
- Outdoor dining table that sits 6 people
- Screened in pool!

Location and close by areas:

- Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is 3.1 miles away and takes 6 minutes to get there by car. It is a historic park with a natural spring, caves, and rides.
- Mike and Frank's Pizzeria Italian Restaurant is 1 mile away and takes 3 minutes to get there by car. It is a restaurant that serves Italian food and right at the front of the neighborhood for quick food after a round of golf or family time at the house!
- Buccaneer Bay is 2.7 miles away and takes 6 minutes to get there by car. It is a water park that is part of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park.
- Weeki Wachee Kayak & Canoe is 3.9 miles away and takes 7 minutes to get there by car. It is a company that offers kayak and canoe rentals.

Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer
