Our Old West property is the ideal spot for a Scottsdale getaway! The private backyard features a *HEATED pool, brand new HOT TUB, and large covered patio. Featuring 4 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms, the house is well-equipped to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. It is the perfect setup for families, bachelorettes or groups of friends. The attention to detail is outstanding and cleanliness is top priority! Only 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, this home is in an ideal location for visitors!

-4th Bedroom: 1 Full and 1 Queen bed.
-Well equipped kitchen.
-High Speed Wireless internet.
-2 TVs: 1 in living room, 1 in primary bedroom.
Driveway is available for guests to park.
Outdoor:
-Spacious extra large backyard featuring a *heated pool, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill (propane is provided) and brand new Hot Tub.

**From October 15th to May 15th, the pool will be heated between 82/84 degrees for an additional $75/day for the duration of your stay**
