The luxe in-suite bath has two separate vanities, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. The second downstairs bedroom has a day bed and small desk for work away from home. . Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with the third bedroom having a queen bed., the fourth bedroom having a king bed and the fifth bedroom having two queen beds with a large flat screen TV. Upstairs there is a full bath, including two separate vanities, and tub / shower combination. A ground floor Half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The Back Yard covered patio is outfitted with comfortable group seating. Practice your golf with a game on the Putting Green, test your skills with the Cornhole beanbag toss competition, enjoy the pool (Unheated) or take in the sun on the chaise lounges. In the afternoon, fire up the built-in gas grill and dine alfresco under the citrus tree and umbrella shaded table for six.

The Front Yard yields immediate access to the Park Reserve grass fields across the street, great for family activities, sports play and walking. Soccer balls, footballs, and other outdoor play equipment is available at the house.

Other details to note
Just a note: the thermostats are set to a cooling limit of 72 degrees. This is common in Arizona, especially with ambient temperatures reaching up to 118 degrees in the summer. Even at 72 degrees, air conditioners can struggle to keep up.
