Nestled in Post Falls on the Prairie, this newly built home is your perfect year-round retreatâideal for summer days at Silverwood or winter escapes to nearby ski resorts. Thoughtfully designed with every guest in mind, it boasts a cozy ambiance with books and board games for quiet moments and outdoor games for endless fun. The sleek, modern finishes complement updated appliances, creating a seamless blend of comfort and style. Whether you're unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering with loved ones, this home offers the perfect landing spot for your next getaway.
The Space:
Enter into the living room with a bookshelf entertainment center, flat screen tv, sofa and two swivel recliners
Dining area with a table for four
Kitchen with a gas stove and a kitchen island with two seats
To the right is the master suite. Full size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and ensuite with a spacious standing shower
To the left is the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo
Guest room #2 with a twin daybed and twin trundle. This room also has a pack n play in the closet for your littlest family member.
Guest room #3 with a queen bed.
Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
