The Space:
POST FALLS LOCATION
The Hangout Den is located near the Spokane River in Post Falls, Idaho – only 9.4 miles to Coeur d’Alene and 25 miles to Silverwood Theme Park.

We are central to so much in town, including the popular Post Falls Brewing Company and Sawmill Grille & Spirits which are a quick walk away. More top eateries close by include Honey Salt Bakery, Republic Kitchen + Taphouse and Roger’s Ice Cream & Burgers.

Across the Spokane Street Bridge is Q'emiln Park, a local’s favorite for river and nature fun. The park sprawls across 78.5 acres and offers these experiences: a swimming beach, boat launch, 40-acre trail system, rock climbing, volleyball courts, horseshoes, picnic areas, a playground, concession stand and more. If you plan to bring a boat, dock it at Templin’s Marina down the street – easy peasy. In addition, two golf courses are 4 to 8 miles away: The Highlands Golf Course and Coeur d’Alene Golf Club.

SIDE YARD
The side yard is an intimate spot where you can take in neon sunsets and full moons with a beer in hand. A wooden fence offers privacy – and in May 2024, string lights will cast a sweet glow as you play cornhole and ladder ball.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
As our name suggests, hang out in the airy den where a wall of windows gives way to a faux leather sofa in a caramel hue. Talk and laugh until the wee hours among the comfort of our shag rug, toss pillows, macramé hanging and mid-century modern console with ceramic lamps.

Steps away, the open kitchen is a showstopper. Cook and mix up drinks among crisp white cabinets, a gleaming tile backsplash and new stainless steel appliances. Black countertops hold chic staples and tools: from a coffee & tea bar to soaps, utensils, a knife set and salt & pepper mills. We also have many extras on hand including a snack basket, tea kettle, air fryer and pizza stone with a fancy cutter. The only thing left to do? Gather at our high-top table for lively meals and party games.

MOVIE & GAME ROOM
The movie & game room is a tricked-out space in our former garage. Head over for the big game, movie nights or hours of PlayStation on our 75-inch TV. Games of darts await, as do ping pong and anything from pool to foosball on our 10-in-1 game table. A modern fireplace and LED light strips enhance the mood while the coffee table lifts up should you need to tackle work between all the fun. Please note: This space is not equipped with A/C at this time.

3 BEDROOMS
After days on the town and among nature, retreat to our bedrooms which are stylish yet fuss-free. A palette of white, black, gold and brown beckons – with no clutter in sight. You’ll enjoy white bedspreads, gorgeous toss pillows and tables with brass lamps. Plus a mirror, boho-style rattan chair or dresser with gold pulls in certain rooms.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

2 FULL BATHROOMS
Full bathrooms on each floor are comfy places to start and end the day. Oval mirrors and glass pendant lights are joined by chrome fixtures and fluffy white towels. Relax into a bath on the main floor (the tub here is wonderfully deep) or enjoy the oversized glass shower upstairs. Each bath also has these toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, cotton pads, swabs, hair ties and floss picks.

PARKING:
We allow a maximum of 3 vehicles at the property due to parking space availability and there is NO TRAILER parking available at this property.

QUIET HOURS:
Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

Movie/Game Room: Please be aware that the Movie/Game Room does not have air conditioning. It is cooled by a fan to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, this area is not designated for sleeping, so please use the bedrooms provided for your stay.
