This is our second time staying at the property and it was just as good as the first! The house has ample space for 8-10 guests and 2 families. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, the beach access is easily walkable and the house is great!

Excellent!! This property was well maintained and we love the pool. Especially at night, and the changing colors was very impressive. Very nice house!!

Great beach house! Our two families had a super comfortable stay. The house was very well equipped, from beach chairs & towels to a large selection of kitchen appliances, allowing for us to make big fun family meals. The beds were comfortable, and living area spacious with plenty of seating. We especially loved the screened in porch.

Top notch!! Lovely home with high end furnishings in every area. Our family of 11 had adequate space and all the comforts of home. Lots of living space room and the screened porch and pool was enjoyed by all.

This house was amazing! Perfectly comfortable for 10 adults plus 3 children. The beach access is 5 minutes away and if you have a golf cart you can drive right up to the beach with it. Chairs, boogie boards, and coolers were all supplied making our trips to the beach super easy. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Elevator in the house made moving in and out super easy. Beds were comfortable, linens were quality!The only challenge we faced was that the curtains were not blackout, so if you’re traveling with small children I’d recommend bringing some temporary ones. We also had to rent a crib which was an added expense to consider.

Best House Ever!

Golf trip with the guys and this was our 20th year staying in the area. We’ve stayed at Sullivan’s, Folly, Edisto, but mainly IOP. This was the cleanest, newest, nicest house by far. We had one issue with low propane for the grill. The owner came out and replaced it quickly and could not have been more personable. Would not hesitate to book again.
