House was clean and had everything we needed. Magdalena was a great host and kept us fully updated as to what to expect during our stay. Nice touch were the Tarts she left us , getting us hooked on Sassy tarts.

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa it is one of the best with a large deck that has sun all day. The villa is well equipped and very clean.There is easy access to beaches,golf or space for quiet relaxation too, great WiFi and TV for down time tooCommunication with the owner is fantastic and very quick I would strongly recommend booking this villa

Fantastic Villa quiet and private

Superb Villa with everything you can need for a perfect stay. The pool deck is huge and gets sun all day on a private space perfect for relaxing. Host is excellent with fast and helpful communication making the whole stay the best I have had in florida

We loved our stay in Magdalena’s home. She is a wonderful host with her top priority being our comfort. We can’t wait to come back again. Hopefully this will be our home away from home every year.

What a gem!

Had a great time in this beautiful villa! Ample space, very clean, completely equipped and in very good shape! Very comfortable beds, cozy and spacious pool deck/lanai with also comfy patio furniture. Also had great communication with Magdalena, very friendly and helpful! So far best house in Rotonda we have rented, yet, would book these premises again!

An amazing villa, with a brilliant host, it was home form home, the kitchen was well stocked with herbs and spices, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. comfy beds, great showers, loads of indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Smart TV. Beach chairs and umbrella were great. My husband loved the use of the bike to explore Rotunda.We will be back.Thank you.

Very well equipped home from home. Very clean and modern.The pool area is exceptional with a large seating area and “proper” swimming pool.The location is brilliant in a nice quiet low density residential area. Very close to amenities, shops and beautiful beaches. The shaded beach tent and beach chairs just add to the difference.The communication with the owner is faultless. Thanks.We have been staying in the area for vacations for over 25 years. This is the home that we would come back to. Brilliant. Thanks.Oh, and if you sit patiently and quietly in the pool area at dusk, you might just see Bob, the bobcat that came to visit us.

We had a wonderful stay at Magdalena's property in Florida. The rental was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was particularly lovely and a great place to relax.Magdalena was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. We also appreciated the comprehensive information folder, which contained everything we needed to know about the property and the local area.We wouldn't hesitate to book again and would happily recommend this property to others.

Perfect

This was a two week vacation and probably one of our top vacations to date. The house is perfect, clean comfortable and well equipped. It’s located in a beautiful neighbourhood, close to everything we needed and only a short drive from local beaches. The owner is great. Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We are already planning our next visit 😊

A perfect home away from home!

This home is the kind of place you come in to and feel instantly at home. The owner has worked hard to make sure that you will love your stay. With well thought out efforts such as labeling all of the switches so you know which lights are where and what ceiling fans are being operated. A binder welcomes you into the home and details all of the amenities from the pool, bbq, local restaurants, internet and more. Speaking of amenities we did not have any needs for extras supplies as this home was well stocked in every room. The internet is fast and my husband was able to work using his laptop (video calls etc…) with no problems. The pool features a beautiful fountain, jets and stays warm with the solar heating keeping it at a perfect temperature. The beds are comfortable in every room, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need (including spices!) and the garage has beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and more. The home is even better than the pictures, the owner is extremely helpful and communication is second to none. Just a short drive from multiple beaches and restaurants put this home in a prime location at a price that gets you so much more for you money. I highly recommend this home and owner!

Lovely stay didn't want to leave.

We had an excellent time. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool and backyard was great. It was so relaxing. We had everything we could possibly need. The beaches were beautiful and only about 15 minutes away. The internet speed was great to work remotely with VPN. Magdalena was great, she was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were a little concerned because there weren't any recents reviews but so glad we booked and will definitely be returning.

Amazing!

Everything was wonderful with our 6 week stay! The house was clean with beautiful and comfortable furniture inside and outside on the lanai. The pool was clean and the water was heated to a perfect temperature with solar heating. The pool area is very private and it felt like we were in our very own tropical oasis. The pictures do not do the property justice. Since the photos were taken, the kitchen has been updated with gorgeous white cabinets and brand new stainless steel appliances and there is a new front door. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would possibly need and there is also a grill outside. Magdalena was a fantastic host and very responsive and available by email or phone call/text. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors we came across were very friendly. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Englewood Beach area, downtown Englewood, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Venice and Sarasota-especially Siesta Key Beach and St. Armand's Circle. We would definitely stay again if given the chance and highly recommend this gorgeous home to anyone!

This is accurately "your very comfortable home away from home" in a wonderful neighbourhood!

Enter into the beautiful open concept living area and open the wall of sliding doors to the incredible pool and lanai and you know you are now on vacation. The home is in excellent condition, clean, very well equipped and very well laid out with a totally separate guest wing. Pool privacy still allows views of the canal full of birds, fish and where an occasional alligator lazily swims-by. The neighbourhood was exceptionally quiet during our stay and any encounters with other residents was greeted with friendly waves. Lots to see and do in the area but book early for boat rentals and get to the beaches early..some were filled up by 11 am. We took a couple of days mid-vacation to visit Miami and Key West but our return to Rotonda truly felt like we were returning home. 5 stars all around!

Terrific West Coast Florida Destination

Fellow travelers. Over the 5 years we have been coming to Florida through VRBO listings, this home is one of the best. Just looking at the calendar should tell you that the rental is extremely popular and justifiably so. Every picture is accurate. The pool and lanai are great places to relax, get some sun, and enjoy a swim. The pool is solar heated and………there is a supplemental electric heater that is very efficient. There are lots of tenant toys in the garage like golf equipment, bikes, and pool gear. If you like golf, there are 2 courses within 5 minutes of the house. Finally, you’ll find a great selection of very good restaurants all quite close by. The MBR bed is comfortable. All of the closets are large with ceiling lights, and heating/cooling. The home design utilizes a series of pocket doors at both ends of the house. This system maximizes space yet preserves privacy throughout the home. The kitchen is generous and efficient. Enjoy a meal on the pool deck with seating for six and a view of the pool waterfall. The great room includes a LCD TV plus a DVR and the various Comcast routers and modems. We had no issues with the wireless internet or with the channel choices. Our only suggestion would be to add another TV in the MBR. There is a garage and it is great to park your car out of the elements. The house is situated on a double lot near the canal with many palm trees and privacy plantings surrounding the pool. There are various fruit bearing trees and if you like citrus products, go pick some oranges, lemons, or occasional grapefruits. Magdalena is the owner and she has been great to work with. She is caring, concerned, and responsive to any issues or concerns. So, don’t wait another minute, book it now. We already did for 2017.

Excellent place !

Last Summer we recently enjoyed our first stay in Magdalena's house. Everything was fine and professional. After a long travel from France, it was a very good surprise to find a huge villa, very clean, with the pool ( wonderful), lanai, and plenty of very nice bed! Still a gem in Rotonda

We recently enjoyed our third stay in Magdalena's delightful Florida villa. We submitted a review last year and this last stay was every bit as enjoyable as our previous visits. This really is our home from home and we are due to return later this year. An Awesome Home!

We just stayed in what we feel is the best home in Rotonda West! It exceeded all of our expectations. Magdalena saw to every detail to ensure our comfort. We felt right at home on the oversized lanai which was spectacular with plenty of room to dine and relax in beautiful and comfortable high end patio furniture. The house was immaculately clean and very well maintained. The fruit trees right outside the door made for delicious fresh squeezed juice as well as for eating. Rotonda is a very beautiful and quiet area; a truly great hidden Florida treasure. You are only 10 to 15 minutes away from several great beaches. Stump Pass State Park and Boca Grande were two of our favorites. We saw all sorts of wildlife, the highlight being a nest of American bald eagles! You simply cannot go wrong in staying here. It's the perfect place for a wonderful vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked for next year!

One of the best

Having visited Rotunda West for the last 15 years I can report this is one of the best rental properties on the estate. A great deal of thought has been placed on the comfort of clients, especially the outdoor living area where the patio furniture is top quality. The welcome items are nice touch and not seen enough in most rental properties. Magdalena kept in touch and vacation of 4 weeks went without a hitch.

Villa was just as described, with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Right from the start Magdalena was so helpfull and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and the welcome was just as nice with an email to check we arrived safely. The large lot and landscaping made the villa very private. The size and layout of the lanai was excellent as the sun was on the deck the whole day. Fab pool and the waterfall was very relaxing. Having the use of the bikes was great and got us out and about the neighbourhood, however, it took a wee while to master the fixed wheel gearing!! We had a very enjoyable stay which even tropical storm Andrea didnt spoil.
